This unit cannot cool down a 450 sq ft area, as described, during this weather condition.

I bought this for my living room and had the help of my son to install it , the good thing about this A/C is that isn't extremely loud or noisy but the bad side is that it leaks water soo you have reinstall it over or you won't fell the cool air it barely a room furthermore extending a next room ; it's Cool not Cold the Wi fi capability is. Really the best thing its back

Delivery was 1 day late and once installed the AC unit failed after 1 hr of operation...i returned the defective unit to HOME DEPOT. They immediately refunded the purchase...It's too bad since as i was replacing a similar LG unit that worked flawlessly for 7 years

Works well … but I’m used to buying air conditioners that come out of the box ready to go right in the window, plug in and turn on. This is not one of those. You actually have to remove the entire inner machinery from the cabinet to attach supports and get it in the window. In the process I broke two small cheap plastic pieces that made it so I had to tape the front piece to the side to hold the thing together. Bottom line - this was way too much work to install.

It was a B to install. I struggled with the instructions. I had to resort too some youtube videos for help. The front panel/grill doesn't line up with the unit. It was extremely frustrating trying to get it to snap on. Right now one side of the panel/grill is in and the other side is being held in place with painters tape. Thankfully LG said they would send me a new front panel/grill. I hope it fits.
