Works well but installing was an adventure

Works great and I would recommend this air conditioner! Wifi works well and app is very easy to use

Ordered online thru website because no stock in-store. Rec'd 2 days later, installed following day. Super loud and noisy. Day after, unit would not power on at all. Tech came 3 days later to repair and did not have display board that was apparently bad. Came back second time 6 days later and replaced and unit has worked fine since then. Still noisy but a little better. Expected more for $500 and no issues on a brand new unit which replaced a 20yr old version of same thing that still works fine.

I purchased a couple of months ago and have reache'd out to lg support with no help my air conditioner starts off great but by the middle of the night gets warm ? I have tried all the tricks I k ow and what the support team suggested but nothing has changed? I also purchased a Frigidaire for my son's room at the same time and his Frigidaire works great ! It's just to heavy to return!!

Works great! Easy installation. Quiet, blows cold and strong. Simple set up in the ThinQ app for automatic on and off with the options for more detailed commands for climate and weather.

very easy to install it

Makes a loud noise when starting off and turning off,the compressor.2 days ago there was a red led that came up and I had to pull the power off and on for it to go.

I love my LG 12,000 BTU ac. The house is super cool! Always turn it down at night because it actually gets chilly. Well worth the price! I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to wait a little while to get this LG window unit but it was well worth the wait. Easy to install and had my work shop cooled down in no time.

The fan started making noise after 1 day. Contacted LG and they could not find anyone to come out and look at it. I returned it to Home Depot after 3 weeks and bought a different brand.

The AC didn’t work and I had to return it after a couple of weeks. LG’s customer service is terrible. They set up a service tech 2 wks ago and still hasn’t called to make an apt.

Supposed to be quiet super loud Gives me a headache.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC is so good that when my last one went out and the extended warranty had been expired for a while, I knew this was the exact one I wanted. Love the App that enables you to adjust settings from your phone and check the filter and smart diagnose any issues that might arise. I really like that the AC comes out of it's case, so you can install just the case first and then the AC unit. It cools well in the southern heart and humidity. Well worth the purchase.

Did not meet my expectations

Air conditioner works great, cools the room quickly. It’s quieter than the previous one we owned. Would recommend.

Installed on my boat dock very easily. Connected it to the wi-fi and I can control it from the house. Its very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this new unit less than a week and it has been nothing but problems. This is a replacement for the exact same model that lasted just 4 years before the thermostat stopped functioning. This one seems to have the same problem. Actually, this one's problem seems to be much worse. I am sitting here right now with it turned to 65 degrees in an effort to get it to cool - room temperature is now climbing to over 80. The compressor kicks in but stops either immediately or after much too short a period to cool the room. Bad news - I have a brand new air conditioner that does not work and this is the first day of a forecast 7-day heat wave.
