Love these beautiful machines

Ridiculous washing machine LGWT7200
So after using this washing machine for over four years, I am bout ready to send it to the curb. The bottom line is that it does not wash clothes properly. The washer does not add enough water to the drum so that the clothes can move around well. There is no way to increase the water level without manually adding water to the drum before you begin the wash cycle. I give this washer an F. Do not buy an LG smart washer. They suck.

4 years and it died
Rotor and stator failed per the LG certified technician. trying to get LG on the phone takes hours then eventually when they call you they put you through this process that is unbelievable and at the end of the day you're better off just not buying LG because I'm going to end up buying another washer because that is simpler than navigating their warranty process.

The technician was knowledgeable and professional

Washer has great features!

The washer senses the load for the amount of time and water is needed. My custom program starts at 2:04, but is always less due to the load size and other customizations.

Great purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer and dryer last month and after a few weeks using them I couldn’t be more pleased! The texts alerts to change loads makes laundry so much more efficient. I’m also enjoying the ability to pause a load to add things last minute.

It WAS a good machine, now not so much.
3 years old and now is taking way too long to do even the smallest of loads.
It errors out constantly and I have checked it for level and it is perfect.
Other brands have lasted for 25 years.
This one is using too much water and power.

Love it!!

It has easy to use feature and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever since I purchased it. The color is gorgeous, neither too dark nor too light! Good washer, but lackluster app for connected home

However, for those seeking a connected/smart home, the ThinQ app for LG is really lacking in the ability to integrate effectively. I really wish they started putting in some effort in this area and I would likely be an LG appliance fan-boy.

I learned most effective settings
Warm water setting works great for daily clothes washes. I always add extra water and extra rinse. I learned that heavy duty setting actually does a better job for me. Customer Service is excellent.

Great performance - small design issue
Been 3.5 years and the washer has been great. Most recently the power button was acting up and stopped working. The issue is the little foam pads that are beneath the front panel and receive the ‘touch’ get compressed over time and no longer allow your touch on the panel to depress their corresponding function on the control panel. Of needs to sell replacement pads - vs having to replace the whole control panel for and part that prob costs less than a penny! Overall the washer performance is great

I love, love, love It!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few years ago I purchased an LG refrigerator. Since I was very happy with the fridge, I wanted an LG washer and dryer. I had a front loading washer that needed to be replaced.
After researching all the washers, I decided on the LG washer and dryer.
I am absolutely amazed at the size of the tub. I adore the selections of how I want to wash something. I find our clothes to feel better after being washed and dried in the LG product.
Because of the size, I get my laundry done much faster.
We have three generations using this machine and all three love it.

Good product.
Bought the extended warranty. Had issues with the pump not emptying the tank. Warranty covered all the costs of repair. The service provider was exceptional! Very pleased with the product and service.

3 years old and now the thing won’t spin or agitate. Repair man said it’s more to fix than the machine is worth. Never buy LG LG won’t do anything for me. Such a piece of junk
