I have only had this for 3 weeks, but it seems like a great washing machine. I like all of the washing options. It is even large enough for a king size quilt.

Easy to use and seems solid

One month in and it's not looking good.
Just over a month in, suddenly a whole mess of issues. Water leaking out the back; water flowing through and not stopping; showing an "unbalanced load" every five minutes.

Has worked well for 3 weeks. Operating this computerized impeller washer is quite different than using my old agitator washer. The salesperson at Home Depot gave me some great tips on using this machine since she has this model.

This washer does a much better job than my old Samsung. It's HUGE inside, quiet enough, and cleans everything I put in there. No complaints from me. It took a minute to figure out how to turn off the annoying end of cycle chime but other than that...smooth sailing. Would definitely recommend.

I've never owned an impeller washer before so that is different. I'm old school and the water level doesn't come up like they used to. Love the washing options. Since it's an impeller I'll do smaller loads and just wash more. The open window is a nice feature.

Great Quiet Machine!

The machine is very quiet so I do like that, have not done large bedding yet so hoping to try soon. So far no problem washing!

Big, quiet, and does a terrible job of cleaning
Previously I said it has very large capacity and is very quiet. All true. I also said the impeller design didn't agitate clothes vigorously. Also true. I had not put anything visibly dirty in at the time or I would have said it doesn't clean worth a darn. This weekend we washed a medium load of small blankets that we use on the dogs beds (Bedding Cycle). The tub was half full. They did not come anywhere near clean. To demonstrate this, I dropped it in the bathtub with a little detergent and modestly agitated it with my fingers. The water quickly became quite dirty. See attached video.
