I bought this product because it was recommended for use with cooler temperatures. Prepped as instructed and applied at 70 degree daytime temp and it went into the 50’s at night. Within 2 months it started blistering and now is flaking off in many areas . I wasted over $500 on this crap!

Product seemed to be solid, laid down easily until the rain hit 48 hours later. Product stated it needed 36 hours before rain. It damaged roughly half of the material used, which will cost me a ton of time & labor to fix & replace it. A different lower cost material was used on a different section that had no issues with rain and had only half the dry time as this themaseal did. Contacted HD they would not refund or send replacement product, offered a $20 refund. No thanks

Bought 4 buckets, free delivery to my house. Laid buckets on there side. Didn’t need to stir them, very surprised. Spreads very easy, fills in cracks nicely, used crack filler a few days before using this product to fill larger cracks. My temp when applying was 70’s day, 50’s night. Looks great. Does dry to touch in 4 hours, did not put vehicles on it till 2 days just to be safe. Very satisfied with product, will see how long it last.

I chose this product because it can be used in colder weather, I think it would have been better in warmer weather, i don’t think it cures well cold.

Stirred easily, applied smoothly, dried to expected finish.

Worked great. Make sure you wash the pavement and is clear of dust. I had to overcome dust residue after the wash.

PRODUCT CAME IN AN ALMOST PRE-STIRRED STATE. SPREAD EASILY. DRIED AS STATED. WILL BUY AGAIN

I have applied Latexite products 3 times on my asphalt driveway. Each time the product flakes off in big chunks. It was applied exactly as the label instructions recommended each time. The last time after cleaning and pressure washing my driveway 3 times with the same crappy results. This product is crap and should be banned. Looks great when first applied but does not last.

Initially, I was pleased with this product. It was easy to apply and looked great for the first four months. Gradually, it has worn away. Now at one year, my driveway looks like it needs a new coat. I will not buy this product again.

Shipped fast and spreads evenly. 3 star rating is from the <1/4 inch cracks re-appearing after a couple of days after drying. Adhesion good though and expect after winters fair wear will reapply next year. Companies use to sell 5 gallon pails but now 4.75. Buy extra pails if comparing year to year with your driveway surface. I did appreciate get the Home Depot Veterans discount which I appreciate.

Liked this better than previous driveway sealants used

The Ultra in this brand was fine but we ran out and had to use this Therma seal. All of it flaked off after curing. Had to power wash to clean that mess up. Don’t buy this!

It took twice as much sealer as the mfg says it would. I spread it as thin as possible but it didn't go far.

Like other said, this stuff is significant thicker than other formulation, no stirring necessary, if used right away. I like it. Because it it thicker, the coverage is a tad smaller. Buying an extra bucket is recommended.

Went on well. This is not my first time sealing our asphalt driveway. It covered as it said. I bought too many buckets because there were several reviews that stated it did not cover as much as it said. Probably due to being the first time or had gone too many years between sealing. We got about 500sqft per bucket. Filled pits well. Very happy with the product. Now only time will tell.

good product....little to no stirring required

Highly recommend. Stirring and recreating the emulsification is important. Would not attempt without cordless drill and joint mixer paddle. No color variations for me bucket to bucket. Great yield as well. Only time will tell if it holds up through a winter or two.

Much thicker than other formulations I have used. Needed minimal stirring and if you mixed multiple buckets no color variation was observed. Coverage is surface dependent as I got only 250 sf per bucket. My driveway was in good shape so I did expect it to go further.

so this went on really good, no harsh smell. one thing i was dissapointed in is that i planned on 3000 sq ft coverage (low spec) and only got around 150 sq ft coverage, only got half my driveway done and had to order more :(. driveway was not ruff, and was sealed 2 years ago and there was no way i could spread any thinner. hopefully it will be worth the extra.

I started to do my drive way, the product was okay, then i opened the next can , two different colors...and it dried two different color too. Ugh. I was so upset!!!!. Nothing i can do it now unless i send more money

Easy to use, worked as advertised, simple to clean up. After 6 months still looks like I put it on yesterday. I recommend this highly
