Therma Seal was specially formulated for those late season applications when you may have warm days but night time temperatures are below 55F. Therma Seal is designed to cure properly when applied even when it gets down to 40F at night.
  • Speed seal technology allows application and curing at lower nighttime temps (40F)
  • Contractor grade - polymer modified
  • Easy stir, non-skid and fills hairline cracks
  • Low VOC formula
  • Outperforms all cool weather sealers

Do you need to apply two coats to a non-sealed driveway? Or is one coat enough? I have to order online as it's not available locally so I need to know how much to order.

save yourself the headache and buy a different product,this stuff failed for me and i applied it correctly in weather conditions that were well within the manufacturers guidelines, 5 months old and my old unsealed driveway is showing through on 15% or more of my entire driveway and its getting worse every day.
