A:  Not necessary unless it has a lot of oil spots.

A:  No. Product will shrink and crack and go on too heavy.

A:  Thermaseal will fill hairline cracks. If the crack is larger than a 1/16 to 1/8 than yes you will need to fill cracks.

A:  NO!

A:  Yes, it has to be mixed before using. I used 6 5 gallon buckets of this sealer last year under ideal conditions and several buckets failed to adhere and began washing away on the first rainy day about a month after being applied. The quality control at this company is definitely questionable. Worse, when I left messages on their website to complain about the faulty product, I got no response from the company. Use at your own risk.

A:  Yes a quick mix is needed.

A:  Some buckets do need a little mixing but most don’t. I advise turning the buckets upside down for 24 hours prior to use. 

A:  Yes it must be mixed.

A:  No!

A:  No. Too thick.
