[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Maytag again after having a good machine before but not really impressed so far with my new one. Just wanted to press start have all my adjustments turned on & go. But no you press & press my finger can not get it started. I don know how long it will wash. Don’t like that. On my dryer you have to slam the door because the hooks don’t line up. Was told to press up on the door. What is the handle there for if I can’t get it to shut the proper way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a month ago, works great but it’s quite load compared to my previous washer. The capacity is nice ( larger) but I want to be impressed with longevity, appliances in the past decade are not made like they used to be. House is 20 years old and our first one lasted 15 year with 4 people running it weekly.

So far, I really like this washer. It seems to clean very well. This is my second Maytag. I still have my 20 year old. Just moved to second location in garage. I have had this new one for about 3 weeks.

Product is great. Installer, installed a round dryer duct on an oval fitting in the wall and bent it so bad that there were major gaps which allowed lint to fly out of the duct connection into the room. I had to spend several hours out buying the correct connector and bending the duct back to its oval shape.

Had the machine for 1 month and Fairly small load of sheets and a blanket will cause the machine to move a lot and the spin cycle for this load will not always get out the water. The unit is also very loud. Not happy with this unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The panel is weird to start and it makes a ticking sound when on spin. Can't fill with water before clothes either. I wish I had paid better attention to detail because I don't believe I would have bought it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Takes a little while to get used to the operations of the machine-too many combinations of settings to try to figure out. And trying to get the knack of the pause/restart button ie: how long to hold it before it restarts on the right option was very frustrating. However, once you get past all that, the overall workings of the machine were very good and I am very pleased with the job it does.

I have found that this washer is loud, even with a closed laundry door. There is also no specific rinse cycle or way to add liquid softener unless you watch for the spin cycle and interrupt the process in which it starts sensing all over again and the process itself takes forever. I do feel it is a good value but had I had more room in the budget, I would have chosen another model.

Purchased this model because it was more readily available than others. Using the same Tide detergent as always. Clothes come out with more hair and lint on them than when loaded. Wash cycle sounds like a loud dentist drill. No audible signal at cycle completion. Raising the lid blocks entry to the cabinets above. Delivery service refused to hook it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer about one month ago and it has been doing a fine job on our clothes, sheets and towels. Apart from getting used to the electronic controls versus our old washers analog controls we like this washer. Has all the features we need plus has a water autofill feature which seems to weigh your load of clothes when they are dry, then adds the appropriate amount of water for that load size. Hopefully this feature will help us to use less water. Overall a very good washer , that is attractive, has all the features we need , does a good job and wasn't too expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it but yhe problem is when I turn it on it takes minutes before it starts working. Overall it is great. I like Maytag products.

Purchased just under a year ago and suddenly stopped working, thankfully still under manufactures and they were able to fix. Repairman said this particular model has frequent issues, and is an older model. The spin cycle is very loud and doesn’t have a detergent or softener dispenser. Don’t waste your money on this washer!
