Not one to review
I’m not one to review but I need to tell people about these from my view… been working for 20 years never protecting my knees. Well I tore a minicus. Fast forward I’m not trying to miss work so tried many kinds. This by far saved what’s left of my knee. No more draining it since I got a pair. Yes they slide yes they are a pain on ladders but I will say that they protect my knees. It really directs weight more to the shin bone than my knees which saves the swelling which is all that matters

    Won’t stay in place
I’ve had the pads for a while. They haven’t fallen apart yet. However, they won’t stay up while I’m walking. For this reason, I’ve stopped using them.

      Stabilizer knee pads
Worst knee pads i ever bought. May be great if you just have to be on your knees, but i often have to crawl on my belly for some distance and then kneel. Pads are twisted all over the place after crawling. Maybe it is due to wearing over a Tyvek suit? Hard to tighten the straps, velcro would be way better. Bought them because they were similar to the AWP one i loved but are no longer made.

They are very comfortable and with the added top strap stay in place better than most, crossing the straps works best. they do cause irritation on the back of your legs after prolonged use(all day)

Milwaukee should’ve put the thick strap on both bottom and top strap for maximum comfort I had to customer add thicker straps for comfort I expected such a big change in the game with the knee pads but was disappointed by my favorite brand

I never thought I would be excited about knee pads, but these things are killer. The thigh straps keep them in place while walking around, they are super stable and the sick absorption is ideal. Highly recommend

Could use thicker straps as the ones it has tend to fold in the buckle. Used these on a composite deck in full sun (hot) and can’t imagine doing that job without them. Very comfortable and durable.

Kneepads are very stable and comfortable well on the floor. Upon standing and walking they are heavy enough to slide down, then they are in need of lifting before going back to the floor.

I so badly wanted to like these but it’s like wearing stiletto’s on your knees. These had great straps, great clips but the knee pad is too thick and to narrow, all you do is try to stabilize yourself if you move at all. The rigid kneepads like these that I always bought have not been available for two years. They are perfect and stable but the straps/velcro are far inferior to these Milwaukee straps. Someone from Milwaukee needs to get together with someone from rigid and make a perfect stable knee pad. Let’s make it happen guys

          Great until it's not
I'm a dedicated Milwaukee user. When these were first announced I jumped at the chance to purchase them. For the first 6 months of owning I did not regret recommending these to my coworkers as they were very comfortable, worked well, and stayed in place (for the most part*.) I say, "for the most part," because the teeth on the clasps aren't that aggressive not offering too much of a bite on the straps. I've worked around it by spinning the clap and latching it opposite of what it's supposed to. Another downfall would probably be the pivot pin for the stabilizer as others have pointed out. It snapped about two weeks ago on my right knee pad. I still use them and they still work fine. Just annoyed with the quality of that pin. TL;DR Very comfy, poor quality
