This is the little brother to the big wrench and is great if you are working on cars. It has plenty of torque and can get into tighter spaces.

Delivery driver never delivered the first time. We had to order it again. Second attempt, not any better. Driver delivered to another address and we still never received the item. Home Depot sucks at follow through and customer service. Had to purchase elsewhere. Extremely disappointed at delivery option!!

I bought this impact already having the gen3 but was unable to use the gen 3 on delicate work the trigger on the gen 4 is a huge improvement you can do delicate work easily it gives you way more control and it is still extremely powerful. I would recommend the upgrade even if you have the gen3.

This impact range has a lot of torque for its size I mean, it’s very powerful if you’re a trade guy Working in construction, HVAC or mechanic you definitely need this piece of tool.

Both batteries don't work. So, I contacted Milwaukee's 800 number they are saying to take it to our repair center and we will send the replacement batteries after six weeks. I'm disappointed! A product priced over $300 came with faulty batteries! Unbelievable!

This impactor has a lot of power. I really like the compact size and the adjustable speed.

Sleek, Compact, light weight and still pack a punch. Quick and easy when driving a lot of screws!

Much smoother power than the older design I upgraded from, seems quieter and vibrates less. A much more pleasant experience when driving screws for hours.

Great piece of machinery

I have lots of Milwaukee tools and this is my first disappointment. Gutless, won't even remove lug nuts off a car. Get the next higher level.
