It never arrived. I can't rate it if it never got here.

It's been over a week and still haven't received my results.

Brought this kit three weeks ago and have not heard from this company..do anyone got the phone number for this company or email address....home depot do better find better contractor...must cancel my debt card, cause I think this company is a rip off

I sent them the sample and a check in their self addressed, pre-paid envelope as directed in the instructions. Three weeks later they cashed the check. Two weeks after that I called their customer service and found that they sent the results to the wrong email address. It took at least five weeks and two calls to customer service to get my results. Really annoying that they held up my flooring project for so long.

It's a testing service and the kit and instructions are well done and thought out however the part of the kit that is the form to fill out your information on is so small as to be impossible to use. I scanned mine and printed it large so I could use it. They should spend the money to include a letter sized form for the user.

We were looking to test WATER, this kit doesn't do that; had to return to HD. Would have saved a lot of trouble if the package said that.

They did not called me back to answer my questions

You'll get results eventually. Processing lead times are misleading. The package suggest results within 1 week. You open to see 3 day express or 5 day with overnight shipping, processing lead times are exclusive to the overnight shipping you should pay for if you really wanted what we suggested before you had to read the fine print on the inside of the box. Expedited results cost extra for processing as well as shipping. To find out what your really paying for is the option to use their envelope with shipping to not meet the suggested lead time, ziplock bags, gloves and a paper mask you got for free from stores during covid. The post office will accept an envelope marked for same day shipping just to help mislead you for them to take their time opening it, then once they have opened your sample I'll send you an email confirming a payment processed for expedited results which will as of them opening start a business day clock minus their holidays plus weekends. Really appreciate the associates at home depot that really took care of me along the way when helping me navigate to another long lead time product(sarcasm). A perfect match for taking $6k of my money convincing me you could meet roughly a six week lead time to install. The cherry on top is I had a red flag. The deposit to be measured for flooring was on sale with a lead time to quote of 24 to 48 hours after your measuring. Can you guess when they called to check in on me and ask me a question you had me answer when I made the appointment in the first place? At the end of the 48 hour lead time. Then took an additional 24 hours to get the quote to me. I wonder if my credit card would forgive me as easily as your customers if I didn't follow through with their suggested lead times on my payment. Which I got caught up in a nice loop of getting the clean air certificate (why I bought this product) so I could finish the work to install my floors at some unknown future date and I was told by an associate if I wanted a refund so I could use my money to act as my own contractor, they'll be another lead time. They can't just process the refund they have to call into a central telephone service that may take an associate days even weeks to get through to if they can free a couple hours of free time to wait on hold each day.

Kit contained what was needed to take a small sample and mail it into a lab. In two weeks I got an email with the test results. No asbestos! Easy and quick.

Easy to collect sample and very prompt response from the company with the sample test results.

If you have an older home this is a great inexpensive way to provide some piece of mind for any improvements or repairs to the dwelling.

Simple process and timely results.

Will not satisfy Home Depot floor install asbestos test requirement! Had to cancel our floor install. Would have cost me Apx $500.00 extra to be tested for asbestos by a company Home Depot would accept. This test kit is apparently not good enough for HD. Strange they even sell it.

That's all you're paying for is a plastic bag and a prepaid mailer package envelope. It's $20 to actually get the test done. I could have just gotten a plastic bag and mailed it somewhere to get the test done I don't need to pay $10 for a stupid plastic bag. It's a rip off. Yeah, I know that it says that it's a $20 fee right on the package but I'm a man, I don't read the instructions.

Easy instructions, communication was good with the lab and results on time.

Printing on forms is extremely small. Used my 3X readers and still couldn't read easily.

Satisfied with product & process to obtain results. Was done in the time promised.
