Completely insecure payment
Bought the kit, they ask you to write down your credit card and security code for payment. Are you kidding me? Anyone who sees this can go on a spending spree. So poor it should be illegal.

Good product but expensive Lab.
It detected mold in the basement. I think the Lab Fee is costly. A scale should be included to indicate the type mold detected.

Still waiting
Mold kit worked great but I invested in the lab results and have yet to hear back from anyone. Sucks that there isn’t a number to call and they haven’t returned my emails yet.

Easy to use and postage is prepaid to send to the lab...there is a $40.00 fee for the lab to provide mold finding results via email.

Kit was easy, We sent it off and pending mold...
Kit was easy, We sent it off and pending mold results as I write this. This was used as opposed to paying a mold inspection of $300-$400.00.

Paid for the in lab analysis and sent in the samples. I have not heard back even after providing a business card to ensure they got the correct information.

I like the product the problem is I've bought probably six of these things two of which I've sent in for results one of which made it to the lab relying on USPS to deliver the product or the sample to the lab is kind of ridiculous especially given that flimsy envelope so I'm not real happy so far I've got one result back which was great but the other one I never got back

Mold in a Motel!
It actually work!! It detected mole in the room at a motel that I stayed at ..rm # 126. .. I notify the manager about the problem and he said if I don't like it there I should go elsewhere! He said he didn't see any visible signs ,even thou I showed him the positive results from the kit!! Anyways,thanks kit!
