Great product. I am very happy with the results of my repairs to my foundation wall, using Quikrete Fast Set Repair Mortar Mix. Very easy to work with, even for a first time user like myself!

This product was easy to work with and set up in a very short time, finishing the job in the timeframe I required.

Dried way to fast. Really wish I could find slow drying mortar.

Have used the fast set product on several occasions over the past few years. It has always worked well, just read the directions carefully. Important do not mix more than you need as it does set-up fast. I mixed mine slightly on the easy to apply side so it would give me more time to work with it. I like the ability to use on vertical surfaces as it adheres well. I also use Quickrete binding agent to give it more ability to adhere better although the label on the bucket says it is not necessary. The extra cost is not that great considering the added benefit. The bucket now consists of 2 bags which I like if not needing to use the full 20 pounds.

Great for what I needed but I had to work really fast with it as it started setting before I was done. I was patching concrete block over a 10x30 ft garage wall. I was working alone so I mixed it in small batches which helped. This bucket has two bags of mix so you can mix it in small batches.

This stuff SET UP before I could get mixer out of bucket. It was too hard to work in 3 minutes. I've used before, but this batch was defective. Suppose to have 20_40 minutes work time. It had ZERO Work time. Cleanup was awful.

With this repair mortar (red), you have some time to work with. But NEVER buy the (blue) mortar. Dry so fast.
