No issues with unit, it took twice as long to get it as promised from HD.

This was a good product by Square D, however, I had to return it because my electrical panel upgrade did not require a 400 Amp panel after all.

If you use this as an outside disconnect from transformer pole to underground to inside breaker panel (house ; garage),,, NO lugs to connect feed wire to sub panel.. You will need some type LUG KIT or another 200 amp breaker $ 320 for breaker

Easy order and pick up. On time and easy check out.

Neutral and ground bar screws stripped out easily. Knoc outs went from 1 1/4 inch to 2 inch making it impossible to use on my 1 1/2 inch conduits. Had to use 2inch hubs and connectors with reducers.

Availability of breakers was difficult to get.

As it turns out there are no lugs in this unit to feed power through to another service. I thought I was purchasing a meter main breakers that I could feed a mobile home with, But this unit does not have feed though lugs for that option

Cheap QUALITY. BUY ANY OTHER BRAND The problem is older breakers still be sold and counterfeit are not suitable. AVOID AVOID AVOID SCHNIEDER ELECTRIC HAS MANY, MANY, MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR PANELS. THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THEIR OWN BREAKERS. SQUARE D DOES NOT STAND FOR SQUARE DEAL THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. THEY SOLD KNOWN INCOMPATIBLE BREAKERS WITHOUT ADEQUATE MARKING. Let me add their customer service is horrible also. tray calling them. I have spent hour on the phone and they would not admit their mistake in mislabeling breakers.

This is worst garbage panel I've ever used. They have two different design panels with the same name. AND TWO DIFFERENT BREAKERS THAT LOOK IDENTICAL BUT ARE NOT. One type, a single 1" wide breaker will fit fine, but the double type breakers (two breakers per 1" slot) will not fit. So if you need space to add more circuits you have to rip the entire panel out and throw it away. NOW IMAGINE HAVING TO RIP OUT A MASSIVE PANEL AND HAVE TO REWIRE THE ENTIRE PANEL. THESE PEOPLE WHO DESIGNED THIS ARE IDIOTS. CALL SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC AND YELL AT THEM. 888-778-2733

I have to get permits from the city to install the box. We have not reached that point if our project yet. The box is just what I needed.

It's nice that you sell the panel it would be much nicer for your customers if you sold the breakers too. Very unhappy not being able to purchase the 200 amp breaker.

Doesn't come with any feed through lugs on it, leaving you having to buy a specialty high amp breaker to pass through power to a subpanel. All these breakers are on massive backorder right now leaving you up a creek.

It’s not top notch but served the purpose most likely wouldn’t buy again we will see how things go with the inspection
