Easy set-up. The freezer was at temp within an hour. The light is an awesome feature.

Freezer is the perfect size for our needs. Only issue was the delivery, it. Was left in plain sight before 6:30 Am.

Very satisfied. 2-3 years ago, bought a similar sized freezer from another department store. Soon, my wife regularly reported that the seal leaked noticeably, and resulting in exterior condensation and mold etc. . Various efforts to improve the seal (placing some weight on top) were unsuccessful. Recently and randomly, we checked out a competitor’s model, and the very strong seal of the Vissani sold us. We have not been disappointed….with this model!!

BEWARE: There is NO WARRANTY!
Bought three of these for family. Motor went out on one of these past the 90 day return. We went to search the “one year warranty” that the store kept repeating and there is not one!
Case in point: read page 4, where the index says is should be…there is NO MENTION of a warranty.
We returned the remaining two within the 90 day period as the store ir manufacturer would not accept responsibility! BEWARE!

Although it had a dent in the side of freezer. The freezer fit perfectly where we placed it. This chest freezer has plenty of room. There are two large baskets for storage which helps with the division of different types of food. So far, so good in the working order!

Not garage ready for Arizona. Only good up to 110F in a garage.
Never got cold enough to freeze.
Moved inside where I keep it 72-78F and it maintains -15 to -20 F.
