I bought online with 5-year warranty b/c it does not have a warranty. Freezers tend to stop working so I expect to use the warranty. I did store pickup and unloaded it fine at home by using a dolly. Bottom has 2 thin metal pieces which are warped and it rocked. Manual says to place on 2 x 4's to level. I built a 1 x 4 inch wooden cart (where the 1 x 4's are stacked) on 1.5 inch swivel wheels (not locking). Freezer is quiet and keeps items cold. It sat upright for 24 hours before I plugged it in.

The packing has very thin styrofoam on the corners and cardboard on the sides and top. This makes for any push into the center of the cardboard cause a dent into the main body. The bottom did not even have cardboard. It only had a thin sheet of plastic. This allow for 2 of the four bottom edges to be bent. If this were going to be in my house and not garage, I would have returned it.

It just got delivered,perfect size, just came in…. The only downfall is it came in with a dent on top

So far so good. Plenty of room for overstock from my freezer. Its very quiet, havent had any issues yet with breaker tripping since its sharing a 15amp breaker with my garage fridge. I have setting at 4 and its keeping it at 0 Fahrenheit

I have a smaller refrigerator and really just wanted this for a bit of extra freezer space and it is just perfect for that. In fact, I haven't even half filled it, for our family of two. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't easily reach the bottom. However, I did see a brilliant youtube suggestion to layer the bottom with water bottles and top them with a shelf. I put down two rows, purchased a wire shelf and couple other storage bins to keep things organized, and it works great! I like the fact that it has a power light and adjustable temp dial. The top closes tightly and has a slight vaccuum seal which you notice if you try to open it right back up. I've had it a few months now and don't notice any excessive frost buildup, but I don't open it very often either. It's really a great little freezer.

It worked perfectly fine for 20 months. Long enough to not be under warranty anymore (1 year), but short enough to be disappointing! One day, it just stopped working. It still receives power, but the compressor doesn't start.

Great unit for a smaller home. I needed a freezer that did not take up too much space and this unit met that need.

We've had this freezer for less than a month. So far, it's working well. We boght a Hotpoint chest freezer almost identical to this one 10 years ago and it's still working perfectly. We expect that this one will last just as long as the Hotpoint.

This is a nice, small freezer. I picked it up at the store. No dents or dings on it. It's lightweight and was easy to load and unload. It's very quiet. You only know it's on by the green light next to the temperature dial. I've only had it for a short time but so far, so good.

Don't buy from hope depot product didn't work was damaged. Home depot scam me in buying a extended warranty and didn't stand by it. Had a 3rd party delivery. I live literally a mile away. Also making me spending my own $ for a box to put it in. Another excuse to not take responsibility for there carelessness. Will be awhile until I trust Home depot. All about the $ and not the costmer.

Perfect size; it holds more than I thought. The interior light is a nice bonus. It’s light-weight and can easily move with a light push.

Great emergency freezer when my refrigerator quit after 14 years. Worked so well it became a permanent fixture. Highly recommend as I bought a new Frigidaire from Home Depot. All 5 stars!!

Excellent quality and reasonable price. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good chest freezer. You don’t always have to pay high prices to get good quality.

Regarding Order# WM55827668: After four calls the difference between the price of the freezer and the amount charged to my Visa has been credited. However, the $35. delivery charge that I was told would be refunded has not credited.

This has been a great little freezer. I just need to figure out way to better organize the food that I put in it!

The freezer has a great seal and is insulted well. But the freezer was dented in two places
