Prefer a flat top surface!

Best dryer ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this since December 2023 and love it… so easy to operate and roomy .. what I used to be able to do in two loads is now one loads worth which cuts done on time spent on laundry…. This dryer has everything dry when done and I love the options it has for settings…. Best purchase ever!!!

Good dryer

Leaks water out front door on steam function
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 months ago and had it replaced due to water leaking onto the floor through the door when on steam refresh cycle. The new one does the same thing so it’s a design flaw. The stay nozzle on the inside back of the dryer shoot its spray right at the door and it drizzles down the door onto the floor since it’s not meant to seal water. The replacement dryer arrived, does the same thing and also has a loud noise. They will replace again . I will ask for a different model

A bit frustrating.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's nice to have a quieter dryer than the one that we needed to replace after less than 7 years, but we have two problems with it. (1) The door seems harder to open and close every day. We shouldn't have to slam it closed. (2) Most of our clothes now are labeled to be dried on "low", but many don't dry on the pre-set 30 minutes, nor do they get fully dry unless we use the "timed dry" feature for at least an additional 15 minutes on "warm".

New dryer

The washer does not agitate the clothes. They barely move to even rub together. The detergent does not even hardly mix through the water to get on all the clothes. The dryer works well.

Door latch failed in first week
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to like it but we are waiting for the service call for a warranty repair for a door latch that failed almost immediately. It was super hard to latch and then broke in the first week. Hoping the repair will rectify the situation. Called on Thursday and weren't able to come until the following Monday.
