Will this work with tile roof
It would not be advised. A better option would be our Titan Guard Model # 85520S.
What tool do you use to cut the gutter guard to fit the pieces?
Tin snips work well to cut these guards.
How many pieces come in a 1 pack?
These are sold by the piece in the store not in a pack. We ship in with 25 to a pack and they open box.
My home is in a ski area in park city UT. Will the gutter guards work well if there is snow on the roof as well as snow sitting on the gutter guards themselves. I have heat tape in the gutters themselves to keep them from freezing.
We have not heard of any issues pertaining to guards failing due to snow. If there is snow sitting on the guards i can not see a way for any debris to get into gutter as if would be blocked by the snow.
Are these compatible with copper gutters?
Most copper gutters that i have seen are 1/2 round. If you have what is called a K Style copper gutter this will work. If you have half round it will not.
Do they keep pine needles out?
A tight mesh guard would help with pine needles the best. I would suggest our Titan gutter guard for this application.
Is the outlet 2x3" or 3x4"?
this has a 2x3 outlet. 3x4 is not available
