Can this be rolled around or have a trolley
Hi! Our Spin Mop Systems are not produced with wheels, considering the possibility of tipping. We do not encourage any modified addition of wheels to the system.
How big is the mop head?
We appreciate the feedback! The red triangle-shaped frame and connector on the RinseClean refill are smaller than the EasyWring Spin mop to provide improved maneuverability, however the actual microfiber mop strings are the same in size providing the same great cleaning performance and cleaning into tight spaces and corners. Can I use other cleaners with this bucket or only the pacs?
Hi Andrea, although PACS are a great combination with our RinseClean system as they perfectly portioned, with powerful enzymes, you may of course use your preferred cleaning solution. Simply make sure using a solution that does not contain bleach, and is balanced between the quantity of water vs cleaner so it remains chemically safe.
How much water does the inner reservoir hold?
A full clean water tank holds 1.6 gallons or 6 liters of water.
Why is it so hard to find a source to buy the O-Cedar Clean Rinse Spin Mop Refill with "Deep Clean up to 40% more cleaning power" designation on the front of the package? The easy to find mop refill seems to be the "Microfiber picks up dirt and dust".

What is the "scrubbing pad" made of? Is this also a microfiber pad, or something else. I have luxury vinyl planks that can be scratched.

-Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock.
