How do you connect the base to the pole? Just recently moved and it fell off the base. Tried unscrewing screw didnt work
The Pole fell off the base because you have to grab the pole and base together when moving. The Welding on the Bottom Pole came off. You will have to forward us a copy of your online purchase receipt to request a replacement request. E-mail to: sales@oreintl.com .

No, they cannot be adjusted.
Yes the shades can be rotated easily but there are slits that will still let light shine through. The top of the shade is not solid metal.

I have never had to replace the switch! I would check with a store that sells just lights!

Is this bright enough to light an entire room that has no other lamps?
I think this is enough to light a small room.
Yes it works good
The lamp is extremely bright and will easily light up a whole room. I installed LED bulbs in the lamp which were purchased from Home Depot. We have had many compliments about the lamp. I definitely recommend this product.
Yes, depending on the size of the room. Our living room is about 30ft by 30ft and the lamp lights the whole room very well. But if the room was much larger, say 90ft by 90ft, then no, I would imagine at least a third of the room would be dark.
I have it on one side of the room and it really only lights that side of the room, however I love the light. It’s more of an area light.
I lost the weights for this lamp - can that be replaced?
