Wrong Charger & Loose Battery
Ordered this kit, with ship to store... Just picked it up a couple of hours ago. It's listed as including a rapid charger and, on the product page here, a DCB101 is pictured. However, inside the box, is a DCB112 charger, which is not the rapid one. it takes almost twice as long to charge these batteries, especially the higher capacity ones. I'm attaching a picture. What a joke. Especially considering that lower end drills / kits come with the better 101 charger.
Also, the battery does not lock in tightly to the drill, and rattles around. It's obnoxious when the tool is running. I know the battery is fine, because it locks rock solid into my three other 20v Max tools I tried it with. Probably going to return this set in all likelihood.

I love my new drill set!
I just upgraded from the 18v xrp's to the 20v max brushless. WOW!!! I never would've guessed there could be such a huge power difference! And while the batteries last twice as long! I'm very impressed. Dewalts never let me down!

Both the hammer drill and the impact driver have significant power and compact size.
My experience to date with Dewalt products has been overwhelmingly positive and this combo deal was no exception. Both products are lightweight and compact but pack a powerful punch. The hammer drill compliments my compact driver and permits me to switch between drilling and driving rapidly. The price was outstanding for a combo set with the lithium ion battery pack.

this product is extremely light weight and has long battery life
i love, love, love this product. especially the impact driver. the led lights are very helpful. its extremely powerful and works fantastic for sinking drywall screws. i havent tried the hammer drill yet, but i was happy with my 18v dewalt hammer drill so im sure this one will surpass my expectations. store manager at the hamburg, ny location was extremely helpful in ordering this item for me online. shipping was free and right on time even with the christmas holiday just one week away.

Great durability.
I bought this set a few months back, and I can honestly say these are the best set of drills I’ve owned to date. The design is flawless, simple and function-able, and the body is very durable. I use my drills everyday and I’m not exactly nice or careful all the time. This product seems to hold up against the beating I put them through just fine. Amazing drills!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this roughly a year ago and I'm far from disappointed with them! I live in a place where the Winters are bone cold (-20s Fahrenheit) and my old porter cable 20vs would not be able to perform under those Temps, the batteries would not hold their charge correctly and die well before they were supposed to. Enter Dewalt... Installing garage doors, and laying drywall became effortless in the freezing Temps! I have had zero issues even in the warm weather as well. Even dropped my impact accidentally 25ft off a stell roof once, went and got it and it still worked flawlessly. Dewalt, you make one awesome product!
