Thank you. You can view the instruction booklet and tools needed list under the "Info and Guides" section on the Home Depot product page.
You will need a pair of channel-locks pliers to loosen the drain line nuts. They are approx. 2 inches across the flats, so the pliers need to accommodate them. You will need a crescent wrench to loosen the water line couplings after shutting off the water valves under the sink. The hardest part of the job will be unscrewing the lock nuts that hold the old faucet to the sink/counter. They are usually rusted on. There is a special faucet wrench that looks like a pipe wrench bent 90 degrees that we use to remove those nuts. The wrench is available at Home Depot in the Plumbing Dept. Ask the clerk working in Plumbing for it and to explain how you use it.
it is not hard. just make sure you use plumbers putty
Standard size is 1-1/4” inches for the drain... but your plumbing might be 1-1/2” so you’ll have to get a changeover adapter for it. Hope that helps
The drain pipe diameter is 1.25 inches.
The drain pipe is 1-1/4 inches in diameter.
Thank you. This does not have an extension kit available.
The input pipes (not seen in the picture above) on the bottom of the faucet are 3 inches long and should fit your counter. It is made to fit countertops up to 2 inches thick minimum. The pipes are on 4 inch centers as found on most bathroom sinks. Some kitchen sinks are drilled for 8 inch center to center on the pipes and this faucet would not fit that configuration..
Extensions are not needed. The water input pipes (not shown in the picture above) are 3 inches long and will fit counters up to 2 inches thick.
What do you mean by extensions? This should be just fine to fit a standard sink
The flow rate can only be changed by your water pressure in the house. These aren’t designed to add a swivel ladder n them and not sure if the size.
Thank you. Unfortunately they do not supply us the the thread count on those aerators.
Thank you. Unfortunately they do not provide the size or thread count on those aerators.
so glacier bay, the maker cannot say what the size aerator is or provide an adapter? gtfo! I've also been trying to find an adapter for the aerator housing, and its incredibly annoying that nothing fits and no information is given on the size. you can do better glacier bay.
You’re probably not adding the base which would make up that other inch
edit ** update ** - the spout reach is actually less than what i previously put in my question - it's midway between 4 1/4 & 4 1/2 inches, making it more like 4.38 inches.. NOT even close to the listed reach of 5.69 inches in the specs for this product..
Plastic
metal, copper
Thank you. They are a plastic body with Brass Stems and a Ceramic disk.
