Questions & Answers
Why are there 3 slots in the Drain pipe? Is this for sinks that are shaped for overflow allowance...
Thank you. That is correct. These drains are made for sinks that have an overflow hole.
Assuming that the 4 in. dimension is the length of the base. Do you carry a similar faucet with a...
Thank you. There is not a model available with a 6 in. base.
The 4" measurement is not the base width, it is the dimension between the centers of the two mounting holes (the two water inlet points), and this is the mounting standard for typical domestic bathroom sinks. This faucet model is 6-15/32" wide at the maximum width of the base. It should work perfectly for you if your sink has mounting holes that are 4" apart from center to center, plus a smaller hole in the middle for the drain control stem. See the product dimensions drawing below.
Yes
are there different handles available for this model?
Thank you. Those are the only handles available for this model.
Glacier Bay faucets are the Home Depot economy store brand. I have two of these faucets, and they look very nice, and both work perfectly. But as is typical of economy bathroom faucets, this model includes one pair of clear acrylic knobs. No other knob or handle versions are available that have been designed for this specific faucet model. It may be possible to retrofit this faucet with some types of generic acrylic knob sets, but clear acrylic knobs all look like clear acrylic knobs. If you prefer a faucet with fancier metal handles, you may need to spend just a few dollars more.
