I have a RIDGID 18V drill. Is the handheld blower battery compatible and interchangeable?
All of my batteries R max lithium. I have 2ah-12ah. I have had no problems with swapping between ridgid tools except 2ah-4ah you have to pay more attention to alinement before sliding the battery. The 12ah is to tall for some tools, ie w/d vac.

Yes as long as its the 18 volt
Several of my Ridged batteries won't slide and lock in. Only a 2Ah and 6Ah. One is an Octane, one is not. I also have some 3 and 4Ah units that don't seem compatible. Is this a known issue?

Does this double as a snow blower.
The jobsite blower does not have power to remove snow. Loose snow on windshield maybe. I liked the ridgid blower, but return it because nosel hose is short. No attachment is offered. 3 stars
