Without bikes loaded, the empty rack tilts for access to the rear of the vehicle. With no bikes and the center post folded down, the rack folds up compactly against the vehicle to create a smaller footprint in your garage or parking lot. This bike rack fits 2 in. hitch receivers and comes with a hitch pin.
