Once we receive your request, we will add your telephone number and name (if provided) to the Home Depot Do Not Call list. You will remain on our Do Not Call list for five years unless a request is made to have the number removed (note that by later signing up to receive calls through other Home Depot programs you may be removed from the Home Depot Do Not Call List). If you have multiple telephone numbers, please tell us which number or numbers that you want to be included in your request. If your telephone number ever changes, you must give us your new information for your Do Not Call status to be applied to the new number(s).
 
We also honor Do Not Call requests on behalf of prospective customers whose telephone numbers are listed on the National Do Not Call Registry, managed by the Federal Trade Commission, and on various state Do Not Call lists. Many Do Not Call regulations permit companies to contact their own customers even though they are on these Do Not Call lists. Therefore, if you are a customer, you may be contacted by us where allowed by law even though you are on the National Do Not Call List or a state Do Not Call list.
