For Large scale jobs, the time will vary based on complexity and specialized services such as Engineered Wood Products, engineering or design from third party vendors which can take longer to complete. Your Dedicated Account Representative will offer you a timeline when your plans are submitted.

For the most efficient process, we recommend having all design and engineering work completed before submitting for a material Takeoff. This allows you to submit your final plans and the vendor's design layouts at the same time, ensuring a faster and more accurate result.
