How can I prepare my home for summer?
Be certain your home is ready for summer heat by replacing faulty components of your hardscaping. If moisture gets inside the cracks, you could be dealing with damage. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the outside of your house, examine shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that can let water come in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're in poor condition.
Do you carry moving boxes?
Make moving or storage easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through an adjacent window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
