Can I get Express Delivery through my store?
Select items can arrive at top speed with Express Delivery, a same-day service that delivers directly from your store to your door. Be sure to place your order by 4 p.m. local time for delivery. Eligibility depends on driver availability, local stock, and item size. See if you can get Express Delivery when you set your local store online or in The Home Depot app. Qualifying products will feature an Express Delivery tag in your cart and at checkout (excludes aerosols, bulk orders, and custom mixed paint). Additional delivery charges may apply for Express Delivery orders.
How can I prepare my home for summer temperatures?
Make certain your home is ready for summertime heat by repairing faulty components of your hardscaping. On the outside of your house, inspect shingles or metal roofing for damage that may let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent excess water from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture gets inside the crevices, you could be looking at a problem.
Do you carry moving boxes?
Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Enjoy power in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.
Do you have doorbell cameras?
Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
