Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is there an appliance sale for Father's Day?

Shop now for Father's Day gifts that your dad will love. The Home Depot Father's Day Sale runs June 4th to 24th online or in-store, and you can save on outdoor power equipment, smart home gifts, grills, tools, and more. We've got Father's Day deals on all the presents he can't wait to receive.

What home repairs should I make before summer storms hit?

Be confident your home is ready for summertime heat by replacing faulty components of your hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture gets inside the crevices, you could be in for a headache. On the outside of your home, examine shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that can let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to keep rain overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

What kinds of moving boxes do you carry?

Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

When is the next free Kids Workshop?

Drop by our Kids Workshop from 9–noon on the 4th of July. Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this cute pint-sized toy go-kart. Building this tiny go-kart is a great way to sharpen creativity, listening abilities, and fine motor skills. Team up with your kids to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to enjoy the fruits of your labor and leave some time to play with others!
