Store employee Keith was very helpful he saved me time and money

Purchased some garden plants and flowers and they are healthy and beautiful! The welcoming smile from the cashier was a small thing but was very nice to see.

For seashore homeowners, the Absecon Home Depot is your new best friend. I've always found it to be a well-stocked store with a courteous, helpful staff. Being open until 10:00 PM except Sundays is a big plus.

All of the employees were standing in huddles talking so we had to find items on our own when we did need assistance. Which could also explain why the store was a mess. We were in the out-door seasonal department. Upon check-out, the two cashiers standing inside the booth were talking to each other. Our cashier, APRIL, had her back towards us. The other cashier was looking at us but never stopped the conversation. I asked her if we should go to her side. She didn’t respond and kept with the conversation while making full eye contact. This went on for some time. We were finally helped but with a lot of attitude from APRIL. We were polite the entire time but APRIL made it seem like we were an inconvenience to her conversation. APRIL then lied and said that she was just getting a drink of water b/c of a cough. She fake-coughed the entire time checking us out without covering her mouth. I don't appreciate being lied to and it was very dishonest. We're not idiots and lying to us was disrespectful. Just apologize for the poor customer service. The other cashier is just as guilty for 1. Not recognizing us while making full eye contact or when we asked for help 2. For not stopping APRIL's conversation and 3. For correcting APRIL's behavior and for letting her lie. Management is not on top of their employees at this store. EHT is a much better store with better employees and worth the extra drive.

Well laid out. Employees are plentiful and helpful. Self service cashiers are lightning fast.

All of the associates were very knowledgeable and were able to assist me with my shopping needs. Checkout was swift and easy. Love this store.

A very convenient store most time has what I'm looking for

The employees are amazing. When you come in they greet you with a smile and say, “hello how are you?” and to let them know if you need help. That made me feel very welcome. What ever I needed help finding an employee was there to escort me. Forget a 5 star rating this store deserves a 10 star rating.

The service sucks they don't take any non white person seriously as if you don't own anything and don't have any money very passive not eager to help but want to capitalize on success sharing ..i am also a 8 year veteran former Department supervisor for Electrical dept ,Paint dept ,Also Garden Department supervisor..this sucks so bad thanks Matt and Bernard for all your help if u see them don't even bother!!!

Good sales experience. The person who came to measure was great to work with and on time.

The employees at the customer desk are very friendlies as the cashiers too.

This particular store has extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff. It is kept very clean and organized. I have never had an issue with anything not being in stock when I needed it.

Friendly and helpful employees make shopping easy and pleasant.

if you live in the area and need to go to home depot, it's worth your time to go to the one in EHT, it's a surprise this location is still open. the staff is never available and the store is not stocked as well as EHT

Could not shop always doing inventory ,lanes blocked off waste of time going to absecon store

I have used this store a lot, since I renovated my home in Brigantine. I’ve purchased everything from Kitchen cabinets to appliances and everything in between. I have spent a lot of time and money in this store. I’ve always been pleased with the help and service of all departments. Thank you

Convenient location, friendly service. Carries most of what I need at reasonable prices. Seasonal items are available on a Timely basis. Great product line IE: Baer, Rigid etc.

I will not return to this store for the way I was treated by - employ Jackie. She was very disrespectful and condescending. We were being helped by two employees - one being the fork lift driver. She interrupted them without any thought of what they were doing for the customer. When I spoke she looked at me like I was beneath her. If we were not of the same race I would be able to say she was discriminating me. We will not return to this Home Depot because of her actions.

Mr. Michael D. in the Equipment Rental Dept. has been very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all the equipment. He provide excellent service by taking the time to show you how to use the equipment without making you look like a dummy.:-) What a pleasure to receive service provided on the high standard Mr. Michael D. offers.

The cashier's were very friendly, the store was clean & neat. All the associates were very helpful. I have found 99% of whatever I was looking for in this store and always walk away with other items besides what i went in for.
