I didn't go around the entire store but at the front where the paint was it was clean however when I walked up the paint department the young lady said "How are you all today"? can I help with something?. She was friendly and comical. She smile the whole time we wait on her to mixed the paint plus she was very knowledgeable about the brand and type. I was on lunch hour and she was so helpful and quick I was able to get the paint and not be late going back to work.

I had the opportunity to speak to the young lady Kimberly at the Customer Service Desk; this is not the first occasion I had to ask her for help. I must tell you she is one of the best employees working at your location. She is knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Valerie was very helpful in choosing the best flooring products for our repairs after a large tree fell on our home. She was personable and had the answers or found out the answers immediately to everything we asked. She handled our purchase and setting up our installation at our convenience. She assured us that she will be available to us throughout and after the installation process. What a pleasure to deal with in this stressful situation!

Clean store and nothing to complain about. The employees were friendly and there was really no major problems.

Owning an older home means that I am a regular visitor at home improvement stores. Home Depot is the only source I know of for Ryobi tools. That is my choice of products that I don't use on a regular or production basis. Dollar value for the item is unparalleled. For Production run tools they have a large selection and will help match your need to the tool. I am a retired contractor which means I do the same stuff but for free and not as much. My wife keeps me busy doing all the stuff on our house that I never had time for because I was too busy working on other peoples houses.

Received call from store my siding was in and to schedule pick up. Drove 50 miles to the store to get it and it was not in the store. When ordered was told 21 days or less. Received call it would be in the store on 05/15, call to check because of distance to store.Not there. Called again on 05/27, not there. Store clerk called back said it was in warehouse but didn't get loaded. Store clerk called back said it would be in the store 05/29. Another clerk called to schedule pick up, which was today 05/30 between 0930 and 1000 awhole month since ordered. Customer service could not find my item, had to stand a wait quite a while. Finally just requested refund of my money and left the store.

Home Depot caries Milwaukee so I always choose HD over the other stores for this reason and also the good deals. Between the sales they have and the clearance sections, I always find myself getting what I need at a good price.

The associates understood my need and assisted in solving my visit to the store.

I was very satisfied with the services i received at home depot in Albany Georgia on Westover Blvd. The cashier was very knowledgeable about what the store had in stock and the prices. I will be shopping at Home Depot in this area.

Signage makes it extremely easy to find products. Online website certainly assists in locating products when in a store. Associate was willing to help me locate a product and even look an item up on the in store terminal. Cashiers were super friendly, and pleasant. Store was immaculate. No trip hazards lying on floor, All shelves fronted and faced making them look fully stocked.

I needed 4 items and with the aid of the employee I was helped immediately. She was friendly, courteous, and professional!

The products are excellent. All home repair items are good quality and at a low cost. The benefit of Home Depot matching the other stores offer of 5% discount for using the Home Depot credit card is very helpful. The associates are helpful and often take me to the exact location of the products I am seeking.

As usual the store associates were very helpful and made shopping a pleasure. I find myself in Albany almost every day and make it a point to shop and purchase something in Home Depot

The updated Rest Room is a very nice look, and with my disability, it is always a Scooter readily available from where I park once I enter the Store. great job Home Depot!

I was looking to replace tile in my home.I decided to go with Ainsley Oak. I WAS JUST WALKING AROUND AND THERE WAS THE PRICE THAT I was looking for. So once it is laid then I can tell you how it looks.How long it will last and everything. The associate was informative and very helpful in this manner. I reallyappreciate the time and effort that he had given me as well.

Normally did not shop at Home Depot but needed a couple of plumbing fittings for a special project I was working on. items were easily found. Store was clean and associates were available and very friendly. Will definitely shop here again.

We purchased a Maytag washer and dryer and when we received the set the dryer did not work. The sales associates in appliances were outstanding as they worked to make sure my wife and I did not walk away unhappy with our experience. If you need an appliance, go see the sales associates in Home Depot Albany prior to making a purchase. Awesome group!

Easy Layout. Associates helped and answered all questions. Wish we had bought a few months ago on some of the product we looked at....prices up...but to be expected.
