I found all the employees very helpful. They actually will so you where to find the item you are looking for. Some places will tell where the item is but will not show you exactly where the item is. Thank you for all your help.

inconsistant shopping experience . There are some great employees that care and many who do not Very disappointed with lack of follow up on online lumber order Jury is still out if I will shop here again Felix and Kim are great employees

The staff at the Amsterdam Home Depot have been very friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. We used to find Lowe's more helpful but their customer service has gone downhill. Thank you Home Depot Amsterdam staff for your customer service.

Your cashier Diane was excellent-we used the self checkout and she was very helpful and friendly!

Home Depot Store #1289 comes highly recommended. I've done business here for years and have never had a negative experience. The store is always neat , clean, and well stocked and well laid-out. the employees are helpful, friendly and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Also, the parking lot is kept-up nicely.

The people at this Home Depot are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have made it possible for me to complete a number of projects I have thought up and not always known how to accomplish.

Often on a return you hate to have to visit customer service, on a mail order return recently the associate Margaret proved to be an asset to the store and company. 1. I tried to cancel the order on line and was unable - frustrating, 2. having to visit customer service sometimes brings heartburn, Margaret there made the visit pleasant and was knowledgeable on returns. Time spent at the store was seconds. Hopefully everyone has the same experience I did at the counter.

The store always has what I'm looking for.The only issue might be it needs brighter lighting and an expanded lawn mower/snowblower parts section.

So my mom 87, has all the tools I need for home projects, she visits this store weekly. We walk in the front door and all the employees yell Eve! (evelyn) just like on cheers.

The sales people were great, they were knowedgeable, and were always nearby when you needed help.

If you need assistance, see Alisha. She is the sweetest person I've ever encountered in a store. It doesn't matter if your purchase is 8 cents or $700, she makes you feel valued as a customer. This girl deserves a promotion but then I don't think I'd see her as much and receive customer service the way I have from her. Please hire more like her or train others to better their customer service!

I use this store more than the others for it's location. The store is layed out well and most products are in the places I expect so I don't waste time finding what I need.

I found the clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable. Knew where product was located and walked me to it.

The BEST of the Best ! This stores employees ALWAYS take the time to help every customer that enters. They will locate the product, AND explain any questions you might have for its use. If it is beyond your own means to install, they will recommend competent persons to finish the product.

I have several Home Depot stores all approximately 25 miles from my home. I almost always use the Amsterdam Store as I find it the best laid out with the most helpful and friendly staff. I would highly recommend it. The store is always in excellent order and clean.

The Ridgid products have the best warranty of any products out there. The lifetime replacement of the drill/driver plus free replacement batteries are great. The other drill/drivers you have to purchase batteries, if the die which can be very expensive. The staff in plumbing and tools were very helpful. And the cashier was very helpful in my purchase.
