Found what I needed with the assistance of a very friendly and helpful associate and this has been my experience on many visits. I've even had one associate take me to another associate whom had more experience or knowledge about a product/project I was interested in. They didn't just say, "go to the paint department and look for a guy named Joe".

This store is always very clean, well stocked and organized. All of the employees we have encountered since we started our renovation have been extremely friendly and very helpful!

Deb (who works in receiving) recommended the Anderson Home Depot to make the purchase of my large lumber order go smoothly. She was right! On a rainy, cold Sunday morning the employees could not have been more pleasant, upbeat and so very helpful. From Kathleen, who went over our order carefully before processing the charges to Roger, who took the order she copied and gathered every item perfectly then loaded it to make the hour drive home without any damage, the whole buying process went smoothly. It was worth the extra driving time from Greenwood, SC (where there is no Home Depot, only a Lowes) to get the correct lumber and great service!

Staff was friendly and I didn’t have to hunt around to find someone to ask them a question. Instead of directing me where the product would be/where I can find it, I was taking directly by the employee to the product I was looking for.

Every time I go to this store I find what I'm looking for. The employees always have a smile.

Always a great experience always have whay I need, whether that's for ceilings, plumbing, hanging pictures, plants, and even really good pricing on cleaning supplies. Customer service is excellent and will always run into someone on each isle to help if needed.

I go to this store any time I am in search of something I am sure they carry. I know this store and don't often ask for help, but when I do need it, I go to someone, if they can't find something immediately, they look it up and take me to it. I have had 2 instances in the past where their female employees assisted me in loading my vehicle with heavy items....great customer service.

This store is neat & clean, and easy to maneuver through. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful. I always enjoy my time in Home Depot!

We have been involved in renovating our new home for nine months and without the help of the associates at Home Depot I'm not sure we could have done it! Everyone from paint, bathroom fixtures, kitchen, to appliances have gone out of their way to help us! Cashiers and customer service are wonderful too!

I USED TO WORK AT A HARDWARE STORE (ACE) IN ANDERSON, S.C. AND SOME PEOPLE TRIED TO SHOW INTEREST IN THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS, BUT MOST DIDN'T; IT IRKED ME THAT OTHERS WOULDN'T GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP PEOPLE HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I HAVE SHOPPED AT YOUR COMPETITION (STARTS WITH L) AND HAVE VERY SELDOM FELT AS WELCOMED AND HELPED AS IN HOME DEPOT. THESE PEOPLE ARE WELL TRAINED IN GREETING/MEETING/HELPING PEOPLE AND IT IS NOTEWORTHY TO COMMENT AND BRAG UPON THEM ABOUT IT...............THANKS TO ALL WHO GIVE SUCH SERVICE, NOT JUST TO ME, BUT TO ANYONE COMING IN THE STORES. I DON'T SHOP AT THE (L WORD) STORE ANY MORE, BECAUSE THEY RUINED MY DESIRE TO RUN INTO SOUR FACES AND BAD ATTITUDES A LONG TIME AGO......THANK GOODNESS FOR HOME DEPOT FINALLY ARRIVING IN MY TOWN TO GIVE US SOME GOOD SERVICE AND LOWER PRICES. The employees were very helpful. My door had to be picked from the top shelf. The clerk had it brought over to me in the hardware department. I was helped to pick out appropriate hardware. Everything was arranged in my small vehicle for transport. I was satisfied with the whole experience.
