This is the best Home Depot I have been to in awhile. I received outstanding customer service.

The store was well stocked, clean employees were friendly and helpful.

Home Depot – Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD. 01-19-19 9:05PM I entered the Home Depot a little before 9pm Saturday, January 19, 2019. I got a shopping cart at the entrance. I went to the plumbing section and put two pre-cut pieces of PVC pipe in my cart. I went to the paint section and put a can of spray paint in my cart. I went to the tool section, but I left my cart at the top of the aisle. It would be easier for me to browse the merchandise without having to push my cart. I found the mallet section and selected the mallet that I needed. I went back to where I had left my cart and it was no where to be found. An unidentified associate took my cart and I suppose restocked the items I was about to purchase. Consequently, I had to go back and reselect the items that were in my cart and carry them by hand to the cashier for check-out. I believe this occurred because an associate wanted to get off duty and did not want to wait until the last minute to police the store. Well, the store was not scheduled to close until 10:00pm. The check-out time on my receipt is 9:05pm. I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction with the cashier. I know it was not his fault, but he was the only one immediately available for me to vent. He (Christopher) was polite, professional and apologetic. I usually have no problems when I shop at this Home Depot. It should be noted I was going to purchase a couple of additional items but when my cart was taken from me, I was done shopping.

This is usually my store of choice 95% of the time. It is always clean and well stocked. Bernice has checked us out in the past and she is always very pleasant.

I'm always pleased with the store in Annapolis on Rt. 450. It is well stocked, clean and the staff are always helpful.

People were very helpful and were knowledgeable about each need that we had.

A sales associate told me a cordless drill charger, I was contemplating purchasing, would work in any drill. It does not!! I had to return the charger; feel embarrassed that my gift was wrong. Please train your associates not to tell customers information that they are not certain, is correct. Next time, I'll get the name of the associate, so I'll know who to complain about!! But this time, I was so annoyed, if I had had the time, I would have come back to the store to find this young man!! This was the worst problem I've ever experienced here.

I have been using this store for many many years (since it opened) and have always had excellent experiences in finding the products i need or ordering them in. This is "My Home Depot"!

Please decide whether your store extends the US Veteran's discount on in-store-in-stock items or not. Some of your politically left leaning cashiers refuse to honor the advertised policy.

I shop here just about everyday, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. This is just about the best Home Depot in the entire area.

Cheryl our check out woman did a great job of being super friendly and nice. She is a great employee.

Very friendly store. My dog Maddie is always welcomed in the store. Used to give out treats, a shame that is no longer allowed. No worry I always have a pocketful. Add 10 minutes to my shopping so Maddie can great everyone she sees. Keith is the best.

I would return to this store because of exceptional customer service by Jarvis Smith. After going to competing stores and not finding what they advertised-I went to Home Depot and had a hard time locating the item. I had spent 30 minutes looking thruout the store to no avail. Jarvis Smith couldn't find the item location bin by computer so he searched the whole store and personally brought the item to me. I witnessed him asking other co-workers for help and going thru almost every isle until he found it. So impressed with his helpfulness.

We shopped for a clothes washer and dryer. Ruby, your service associate in the appliances department was outstanding. She answered our various questions. She was friendly and was a major factor in us buying these appliances at Home Depot.

Got wonderful assistance from Joe in the Appliance section at this store located off Defense Highway. Much better attitude and service than we received a couple of days earlier at the other Annapolis Home Depot off Forest Drive. This store is greater distance from where we live, but if we need more assistance with appliances this is the store we will return to.

It is a nice looking store. Everything is well organized. Products are easy to find. Checking out was easy even though it was busy on a Sunday afternoon. Associate Ruby was very helpful and kind. She led us right to the product for which we were looking

Stephanie at the pro desk is Awesome. She went above and beyond to help my wife and I. never met her in person but her phone mannerisms and attitude really made interacting with HD and your delivery services easy.

Home Depot is my go-to store for all my hardware and gardening needs. The staff is usually friendly and very helpful.

Ruby in appliances was very knowledgeable and a great help! The purchase of my washer and dryer went smoothly.

If you need to purchase an appliance, this is the store. Excellent customer service in the appliance section! Jason German, the store associate, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional and thorough. Informed me of the entire process, so I knew exactly what I was paying for, from purchase, through delivery, through installation. Exceeded my expectations.

If you happen to need customer service and land one of this stores H.D. managers Reyah, or cashier Terri Parker, you are most fortunate. These woman are an asset to anything they do. Their heart and soul are behind every transaction and they make all the difference in your shopping experience. Because of them, we will return to this particular Home Depot. One gets weary shopping these days, and enduring the endless parade of associates who could care less about their job responsibilities much less you as a person or consumer. These ladies were a breath of fresh air, kudos to whomever did their hiring. Thank you Reyah and Terri, as the song goes -- YOUR SIMPLY THE BEST...
