This was the first time ever I actually enjoyed shopping at a Home Depot, every associate made me feel that they were to help me and I would definitely be returning to the store because of their friendly environment!!!

The Customer Service is outstanding. They always have what you need. Returns are simple with no hassles. Been a loyal customer going on 30 years and 20 years or when they opened at this location.

Returned two pipe joiners and one was open. Cashier accused me/my husband of switching out the product with our old one. Granted the plastic was open (which it would be because we had to take it out to try it and find out it didn’t work). And on top of that there was some corrosion. I told the gentleman that I had purchased the one that way - the day we got them we took a chance digging through a box of joiners because we were told assistance to the plumbing isle would be 15-20 minutes. I found one of the size we were thinking would work, and scrounging around we found the other- we needed a pair (opened, dirty on the floor). At the time I was not upset because I’ve had several returns/exchanges at Home Depot that we’re all hassle free and no problem at all. So I figured no big deal if we got the wrong ones. When trying to return these the cashier opened up the zipped bag they come in and said ‘it looks like you are trying to replace them. It looks used.’ I explained to him I had purchased them that way and he said ‘embarrassing. amazing what people will do’ and when I said ‘I understand what it looks like but it’s what I purchased here.’ And offered to just skip the whole return, he said ‘it doesn’t matter well just throw it away, we throw everything away because nobody will buy it’ to which I replied ‘well I bought this obviously imperfect product.’ I left it at that. Very embarrassed and upset of the accusation when this was all caused by Home Depot’s obviously cruddy product that was corroding before purchase, and disorganization that led me to choose to purchase it out of desperation

This was only my second visit to your store. I was impressed by the service and the organization of the store. I will shop again with you based on my previous 2 experiences shopping at this location.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. If you need any help with remodeling a bathroom or kitchen, Ms Stephanie is very smart, knowledgeable about the process, and happy to help out anyway she can. She is the BEST employee I've seen in years!

This is a great place to shop,always find the items I need to complete the project at hand. Always find someone to help me when I need it.And they genuinely try to help provide the right answers to my questions. While walking the store today I found some of the aisles were hard to navigate because of so many wing stacks. Also the men's room needs some help ,not very clean and the soap dispensers did not even work or they were out of soap. One of them looked like it was torn apart. For the most part most folks were friendly. And when cashing out Austin provided great customer service,asking me how my day was,if I had a Home Depot card ,which I do. And bagging my items while telling me about the customer survey as well as to have a great day....very nice. Very pleasant shopping experience from start to finish.

My last visit to this store was a very unpleasant experience but between the manager of the store taking care of the situation I had before and the experience I had this time it made up for it on this visit I only bought a handful of topsoil one of the employees without me asking came over to assist which I really appreciated and the cashier I checked out Sania with is always friendly to deal with

I bought a gas grill they didn't even offer to have someone help me load it some elderly guy had to call some young boy who was texting on his phone to help he took the insides out of the grill didn't tie it down or offer to get a half a block down the road and the wind catches it and it flies out of the back of my pickup truck . I turn around go back to the store nobody seemed to care talked to assistant manager didn't offer any solution he puts the blame on me and says it's my responsibility to make sure it's secure even after he said they had string and did he tie it down so I will never shop there again and shred my home depot card

Love the store, wide selection, well organized, great location & great staff!

Love this store things are easy to find and the employees are very helpful. Love that they repaved the parking lot and new place to park your buggies when done shopping. The bathrooms at times could use a little TLC overall a great place to shop.

Destroys managed very well employees are friendly there's enough employees during the day to answer your questions or direct you to the right area always very clean great place to visit

Over all this store is Awesome! I go to this store to buy all my home maintenance needs. I repair most things myself. I am an avid woodworker and have always been treated as the most important person for the period of time that I am waited on or receiving project tips. The employees are just great with their expertise. All of my questions have been answered very professionally.
