Always have luck finding what I'm looking for at Home Deppot!

Whenever I visit the Home Depot, I am greeted (with eye contact) by the staff. Always quick to help, they guide me to the areas I am in search of and assist me there. It never feels forced - they gladly help me. Even in the parking lot - they rush over to help me load my items into the car. The Home Depot has always been my favorite store.

I rented equipment and the staff was very through in the information of the unit I rented.

I am a retired lady that loves to do lots of things and Home Depot is the place I go for everything. Love. Love the stores.

i had a good shopping experience and was able to purchase what i was looking for.

I love shopping at Home Depot! I am a DIY junkie and always have several projects in process. Because of this I am a regular customer at the Auburn Hills, MI store. Whether it's a kitchen renovation or deck rebuild the team there is always very helpful. They are also very efficient when I order online and pick up in store.... and even know me by name.

Wouldn't go anywhere else because of the customer service

I left 2 other local HD stores ... Store Associates just didn't help or didn't seem to care. This one will amaze you! Couldn't be happier!

I use the contractors check out 2 to 4 times a week buying supply's for work. Ami is an asset to the company, she makes everyone welcome, makes them all smile, cares and is willing to help with anything. I will say all the people that work at the contractors check out are great. makes it a happy experience when you come in. more like running in to friends then a stagnate cold store. they always take care of everyone.

We have purchased a few different types of flooring from this store and have had no issues finding what we needed. We have also purchased fans, lawn and gardening materials and general household care/maintenance products. When we need supplies for the house, this is where we go.

I worked with Kollin in electrical and Ami at the register - the best experience I've had at a store in a very long time! Such wonderful people! They were nice, honest and approachable. Kollin genuinely cared about my project and helped me make decisions on what I needed and what would be best. Ami was super sweet and chatted with me as she scanned and bagged all of my items in the self-checkout area! What a great group of people this store has!! :D

I bought a Kohler Mistos faucet 3 years ago and it leaked. I hired a plumber to correct the problem and he determined that it was a defective product. It ruined my marble countertop, so I was not very happy. With receipt and faucet in hand I explained the situation to Jen, the associate at the return desk, and she was quick to offer me store credit for a replacement faucet. People knock big box stores all the time, but one of the main reasons I shop at Home Depot is the ease in which you can return unused or damaged items. Speciality supply stores and high end distributors can't touch the level of service that Home Depot provides!

The store was well stocked, well lite, clean and had a huge selection of items.

I was using the self-scan checkout, and couldn't find the bar code on an item. One of the sales associates quickly approached, and showed me where it was. Employees are always helpful and friendly on every visit.

The associate who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were just purchasing LED light bulbs and he went out of his way to help us find what we needed. We usually shop at a different Home Depot but stopped at this store out of convenience. We were able to find what we were looking for very easily and getting help when we needed it was a breeze!

Sales associates in the paint department were very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions and get me setup with the right products and the proper items to complete my project.
