Love the paint department. The staff there is very knowledgeable & helpful. Always a pleasure getting my paint mixed at home depot. This store is always clean & well stocked.

The reason for my rating is only because the employees are amazing (especially customer service.) There are certain managers on duty however, who have issues honoring prices and dealing with loyal customers. Price labeling is number one, and number two is honoring the prices given.

Very complete lawn and garden, health plants ,shrubs, trees. plus a 1 year return policy on these.

The employees at the Austintown Home Depot store are always helpful, know the product or get some one to answer any of my needs, and always friendly. The store is always clean, even in the areas were you can cut you own molding, to save you more money. Thank you for being there for Me.

Unexpectedly poor service. I came for a plumbing auger. The workers acted like they were too busy to help me. And when they finally came they just stared at me ,were not knowledgeable in the area, and did not jelp in any way. I walked around looking confused and no one asked if they could help me, they just passed me by. It was also confusing as to where to check out. I had to go to the opposite end of the store from the door i entered and the cashiers were conversating and never asked if i was ready to check out. They just kept talking like i wasnt there. The most help i got the whole time was from a man that did work there but he was off duty.

Store is always busy and whenever I ask for help they always oblige. Signage is great--can find things easily. Sales associates are always friendly and helpful. Only drawback is that the check out is only on one side of the store. I am a senior citizen and walking that far is not good for me. Would like check outs on both ends of store. You know how large your stores are--it's along walk from one end to the other if you are carrying something not in a buggy.

The store is clean and well stocked as compared to the Boardman store .Which is closer ,but I drive over to the Austintown store .

I bought a product on line that was not available in the store. The return clerk was questioning the age and condition. It is a gravel driveway grader that fell apart on the first use. She made me feel like a criminal. After explaining what it was she returned it. The clerk handed me my receipt and I asked how would I get refunded she said rudely "how ever I paid for it" I just left and did not want to look dumb any longer and really not worried about the $. My wife even asked what her prob. was

Great experience and they go out of there way to help if they can ! Hands down will return to this store!!!!!

Fast, knowledgeable, friendly service, even on a hectic snow day.

Store is clean, and usually you can find help in a department, but if you want a piece of plywood cut-- it near impossible, have had to go to customer service to have someone paged. . I see cashiers standing about instead of opening their register, they want trying to direct you to "self checkout".

Staff was very helpful. When I told them about my home project, they made sure I had everything I needed to complete the project

Went into your store to help my father purchase a new drill and discover what was wrong with my father's current drill, batteries, and chargers. Carl in hardware helped us out and helped us discover that both chargers and 2 of his batteries were defective. He went above and beyond to find and discover our problems and helped us fix them, where he pointed us to a good drill to purchase.

Every experience I've had with this store has left me satisfied. They do an excellent job making sure everything is in stock and easy to locate. I've also always found a worker quickly and easily whenever I had an issue and needed any assistance. Any time I did need to find someone, they treated me in an incredibly kind and respectful way.
