long lines and employees who are not knowledgable

Store was clean. Employees (I spoke with three) were friendly, knowledgeable and informative.

When I asked for help from an associate, instead of facing me, she chose to walk away while "helping me". I didn't get to see the associate's name tag before she walked away.

Kudos to Mr. Pettiford , Chantel,& Keisha for great professional service. Keisha welcomed me in store. Chantel directed me to the paper goods & suggested best buys. Mr. Pettiford greeted me warmly & asked me if I needed any assistance from his team. I felt valued & it was a rewarding shopping experience during this Pandemic.The line outside moved quickly & the self check out was swift. Thank you Mr. Pettiford for having such amazing professionals, products,& plants. You're an A+ supervisor too.

I shopped at this Home depot recently and was lost in the beginning because the store was so huge and I needed help with paint and mulch. Garnet an employee asked me if everything was ok and assisted with my purchases. He even helped put the mulch in my car because it was so heavy. I will be shop at Home depot again.

The managers/ supervisors are clueless. There was one in particular that was very dismissive after she gave incorrect info about their price match guarantee. She walked away and I had to ask for another manager who I had to educate and showed her the info on their own website. After all the waiting and back & forth I still didn't get the full price match or my Military Discount.

MANY OF THE STAFF MEMBERS DIDNT HAVE MASK ON. BUT SECURITY WAS TURNING SHOPPERS AWAY IF THEY DIDNT HAVE A MASK. I DONT SEE HOW THATS FAIR IF WORKERS ARE WALKING AROUND WITH NO MASK AND CAN POSSIBLE BE CARRIES OF THE VIRUS. I JUST FEEL THIS IS SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE STORE

This store is always well stocked and well staffed. I always get the help I need when I visit this location and the cashiers are always professional, pleasant and helpful. The cashier that helped me on my last visit (I think her name is Diamond), had such a pleasant and vibrant spirit - i could almost feel her smile through her face mask!

The young man, whom I asked for help, was very professional (did not get his name) Many of the items in this store were not clearly priced The store was clean and, for the most part, organized. There could have been more cleaning and sanitizing products available.

I always find this store to be busy; but the employees are usually kind and helpful, if you ask for assistance. Test specialty items in garden, tiles, sinks and toilets...

The Store had everything I needed. But the customer associate I encountered was not friendly. But the manager LA of the customer department was awesome.

This store has everything you might be looking for home and otherwise, the staffs are highly professionals and friendly.. I like shopping at this homedepot because the prices are very reasonable and they got almost everything you can think off so please don’t hesitate to visit a trial will convince you

Wow Kudos to Shevon who welcomed me into the store & graciously offered to support my efforts to purchase a large beautiful palm. He eagerly asked N.Cox to secure string & Cox tied it well so I easily transported it in my car. That was super special from both Shevon & Cox. Also, Brii & Jalyssa were exceptional at the service desks. Other HD associates who are outstanding are Raymond, Steph, Denisia, Keisha, Sharon, Louise, Jose. Huge thanks to Mr. Pettiford for having an amazing team. Yeah, This is the best HD for plants and outstanding service.

I’ve been to this location a number times in the last few months doing some home-improvement on my condo the staff is always very helpful and friendly

We went to home depot for paint and wood floors last night, 1/14/20. We had the awesome pleasure of being assisted by LA, in the paint department. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was professional and friendly and went above and beyond and took the time to make sure we understood the difference and the quality of the the primer and the paint products. He made wise suggestions that would ensure we did not waste money and purchase unnecessary products. He asked that we come back with our feedback on how the job turned out based on his input. I can't wait to go back Monday to share the outcome with him. LA was great and we will always look for him to assist us when visiting the BedSty Home Depot.

It's difficult to find someone available to ask questions. I've never been approached by any employee on the floor asking me if I need help. I see a lot of employees distracted by checking their phones constantly. Twice at this locations the cashier double charged me for an item. Trying to get a refund is a hassle and a waste of time. If you want to shop in store I would suggest self-check out.

CLEAR THE BED-STY BROOKLYN STORE OF ALL PEOPLE AND ATTACHED DEMOLITION DYNAMITE TO THE STORE. BLOW THAT STORE TO DUST. IT IS THE WORST HOME DEPOT IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. AN ABSOLUTE DUMP. HOME DEPOT HAS HAD 17 YEARS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS STORE AND YOU HAVE DONE ZERO TO CORRECT ANYTHING.

Sharon Best & Keisha are smart & kind @ the service desk. Also, thank you to Raymond, Steph, Louise & Denisia who are extraordinary; they always welcome me warmly when I visit HD. A big thank you to Manager Pettiford for his wonderful team. It's obvious he brings out the best in his staff. Wishing him & his A+ team Happy Holidays.

This store deserves a 5 star rating because they have very nice and respectful customer service.

Obnoxious employees with attitude. Good manager.

Missing a lot of products. Employees didn't restock things quick enough. Many of the items were mislabeled or misplaced. Usually, I always spot a few of the employees were just standing around, uninterested in working for helping customers during my visits.
