Angela was awesome, she went above and above her job to make sure I was very happy on my visit, if you see Angela give her a hug,and a blessed day. Because she is definitely paying it forward thank you Angela....

The Bellevue store is always neat and clean,They always have what I am looking for. Jennifer the cashier is such a nice person,she is always very friendly,courteous,and knowledgeable. Thank you Jennifer for always taking the time to be nice.

The store personnel is helpful. I have always gotten good advice.

Horrible customer service in the appliance department, totally unprofessional and rude. This is not the first time, I have had terrible service at several different Home Depot locations. I am so done with Home Depot and will never shop at any of there locations, ever again!

These guys are great. Very friendly and deliver great customer service and offer creative solutions when you have a problem.

In the days or poor customer service and little to know product knowledge, this Bellevue Home Depot is a breath of fresh air. They are pretty busy but that is because when someone does help you, they will be helpful. If they like other Home Depots can keep the dogs out of this store, it will be perfect.

This is the best store in home depot's fleet. If you ever need anything that needs special care, go to the pro desk and ask for Trey and/or Kim. You will not regret it.

This location serves the community well. The product selection is pretty good. And the employees usually are very knowledgeable. Please hire some more cashiers and stop relying on the self checkout. I have seen people walk away from their purchase because there's one helper for 4 checkouts. There's always the garden center. :-)

I had great help in the carpeting section of the store.

Always excellent customer service at this location! The employees know a lot about the product. If they don't, they know exactly who to ask. I never have trouble getting everything I need in a timely manner. I won't go anywhere else for my home needs, no matter how far I have to drive.

THIS STORE IS MUCH BETTER TO SHOP AT THAN THE HOME DEPOT LOCATED ON THOMPSON LANE, NASHVILLE, TN.

Elliot, Wade, Dennis, Drew, DeeDee, Marvin, and others whose names I cannot recall at the moment, they have always been an amazing help to me on my tiny house on wheels project! Others have been fantastic also, but these are the people I will never forget because of the extra time and care and advice they have given to me in my project. I am turning a uhaul/penske style box truck into a tiny house on wheels. Think stealth camper. I started this with pretty much no experience. They have helped me work out the details and given great advice and product suggestions every step of the way. I still have a ways to go and it is a huge blessing to know I can count on DeeDee and her team!

The Bellevue Home Depo is bright, neat, clean and provides an all around pleasant shopping experience. The Sales Associates greet you at the door with a smile and offer a helping hand to point you in the right direction. The associates are very knowledgeable and excited to share information as we as consumers try our handwork at home. I am so happy to have Home Depo in my community.

Great place with great employes

Always extremely helpful employees! We recently purchased a house right around the corner from there and it is so convenient to not only have the store close by, but also to have it full of employees that are so willing to help!

Not expecting any need for help, I was offered help and I took it. (Buying a new lawnmower.) The associate opened a temporarily closed aisle so we could get the mower. He helped me lift it onto the cart. The lady running the self checkout made the experience quite smooth.

This was my first experience to have a Hardware/ Paint Store (Home Depot) so clean and neat. The shelves were self explanatory and I was amazed to have the assistance of Home Depot personnel which was also a unique experience.

The store is very clean, organized employees are extremely helpful and knowledgble. With the help of ally and Luke I found everything I needed in an expedited fashion. Thank you.

We love this Home Depot. It’s the only one we will go to. They have the feiendliest staff and are always helpful and on top of things!

GREAT customer service!

I was upset when I discovered that my new fan purchase was with the tiny screw in light bulbs like you see in chandeliers, But in looking at the bulbs, I found a "Fan Bulb" that was shaped like a regular light bulb but had the narrow screw-in on the end. When I placed it in the fan, I could actually see everything in the room, so I could actually see what I was cleaning from above. When three of them burned out and I could not see again, I went to Home Depot, and they actually had the same bulbs, and they were double life bulbs as well. I guess this was why they lasted for several years since I put up the fan. I was so happy to see that Home Depot carried the same bulbs and could not wait to get home and put them in! Everyone was so polite when I did my shopping that it doubled my joy in shopping,

We've recently moved to the Bellevue area of Nashville and have visited your #0722 store numerous times. Each visit we've found the employees extremely helpful, friendly and providing very good suggestions. We mentioned to your assistant mgr. (Chris) today that Home Depot has become our second home since our relocation to the area. The store is always clean and organized and we're grateful it's within a mile of our new home.

The manager, Shawn, went out of his way to let me borrow a dolly since they could not receive a cash deposit. The person who helped me in rental was adamant about getting me taken care of. Thank you!

Impossible to get in contact with store manager Diedre Cosby. Ordered a Refrigertor never showed up. I was told a lot of misinformation and after two weeks had to cancel order. Worse store ever, a lot of lip service. Nothing was done to solve problem and no one really cared. Not Happy
