The Home Depot store in Bellingham, Washington, is always full of helpful employees, and the smell of cedar is so enticing when you walk in. Everyone has a smile and is ready to help, and go beyond what is normal. We shop no where else, as we love Home Depot as a whole family!

the store manager is fantastic, and super friendly and helpful always. On many occasions, we have had excellent customer service from friendly and polite store employees. This store is a full 25 miles away from where we live, and it is most definitely worth the drive for us!!!

You'll find everything you need for your home project. I've rarely had to go home without exactly what I wanted or needed. If I can't find something, someone always helps me find it. Self checkout is helpful when it's real busy.

Great service. Should have gotten the employees name in the paint department. Older gentleman with a ponytale. Thanks for helping me with my 10 gallon Behr paint purchase and for shaking the paint (shaken, not stirred. LOL). Also, thanks to the cashier, Xiomara for giving me rebate info on my paint purchase.

The store was clean and all the employees we encountered were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. We needed assistance with finding a box containing the item we wanted. It turns out that some small mistake had been made in labeling displayed items. The employees we encountered listened to us, found the box, and made sure the item would be offered to us at the advertised price rather than the corrected price. Thank you.

Recently I visited the Bellingham Home Depot shopping for material for a raised garden bed. Kevin (sales person), helped me select the items I would need & then cut the items to the size I required. He then was called up to check out customers due to a back up at the registers. After a short wait Kevin check me out & as the line had slacked, helped me load the items into my SUV. Outstanding service...

I cannot recall a time when my shopping experience at Home Depot has been nothing but pleasant. The staff is always around when you need them. They help me take heavy items and load them for me and are always helpful. Love shopping at Home Depot! I enjoy gardening and doing yard projects and the recommendations they offer are priceless! The person who helped us in the appliance department was extremely informed and helpful in picking out the correct model of refrigerator for our specific needs. I would definitely go back again if I needed help choosing an appliance.

The employees are not only nice, but are all extremely knowledgeable. They always know where things are and take you right to it! Anytime I have had a question about a product, or project, an employee has either helped me or found another employee that could. Now during the hot weather I see that they are allowing people to bring their pets in with them. This compassion towards animals further raises my good option of this store!

Store is conveniently located and easily accessible, products easy to find, friendly staff and always able to meet my needs.

#4715 Bellingham is generally a great store except: the store needs MORE regular checkout registers open and MORE cashiers.

I shop here all the time and they often have a good price.

I've never had to make home remodeling choices on my own before; I recently went through a divorce after 30 years and I've felt pretty lost for the last 10 months. The only thing I could afford was a former hoarder's condo and the flooring is pretty disgusting. I headed to Home Depot because I'd always been impressed by their personnel when shopping with my ex-husband. I couldn't afford much, but I was still treated royally by Eddie and Rich at the flooring service desk. And I asked so many questions! - because I've never done anything like this alone before. They never "rolled their eyes" or rushed me. They assured me I could return the product if, after the disgusting carpet comes out, the product I bought won't work. I felt like they "had my back" and appreciated them beyond belief!

The Home Depot staff was exceptional in their knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to provide support and help. It was a pleasure to shop at Home Depot and a relief to feel confident that I was receiving reliable and expert information about my kitchen remodeling project.

Love the help I get here. I am self remodeling, and so far all of the advice on products have been spot on. They have helped me with plumbing, and electrical, suggesting the best choices for my needs. This is the one place in Bellingham that I refer first.

I always, always need assistance finding (or knowing) what a project needs. I rarely get through a trip to Home Depot without consulting at least one associate, and usually more. The associates here are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
