Easy to find what I need and helpful employees. This store is great.

i ordered my product on line and it was ready upon my arrival.

I can always find what I'm look for from electrical, building material, outdoor cooking/entertaining, to gardening. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. The website and cell phone app are helpful too, for checking to see if an item is at this store, where it is located in the store, or if I what it shipped to the store. Counter help is great too, along with the paint department. It's a great option to have your receipt e-mailed too, to help keep track of purchases.

The Bellingham Home Depot associates and managers are AWESOME!!!

I was greeted at the door by an associate who told me approximately where the product I was looking for would be located. Another associate helped me when I was further down the aisle. This person helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.

All the staff are great. From the cashiers to the Professionals, I feel I get great customer service each time I visit.

Was able to talk to associate about a product that had illogical price (identical product in black was $10 more than product in brushed bronze) and she helped us 'right price' the product.

I love going to Home Depot! While my husband stares at wood and nuts and bolts there are a million things that I can look at and projects I can come up for him to do.

I received a $5 off of $50 coupon, when I tried to use it the computer said it was expired even though it clearly stated valid until March 10th 2016 and it was only February the 18th. The customer service spent about 30 minutes calling 3 different people, trying different registers and finally found a way to see that I got my $5 off my $99 item. It wasn't the amount but the honesty and integrity of the customer service rep, for not giving up to insure that I got what I was entitled too.

when one of the fixtures I bought was found broken the associates were most helpful in getting another to replace it

It's funny how much attention you get when you walk around with a puzzled look on your face, wow !!! When it came to the associates at Home Depot it was great ! I got a lot of attention ! Haha !! They were very helpful and polite !! They treated me as an equal and to me, that will keep me coming back !!!

Steve in the Electrical Department is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in answering questions about the correct products needed for an electrical project. He makes shopping for project materials so much easier than elsewhere. It is nice to be treated like a valued customer.

The Bellingham Home Depot provides a surprisingly good shopping experience for the home craftsman -- tool/supply selections are good and the sale staff associates are generally very knowledgable -- especially considering the low wages they are paid. HD is to be commended for hiring great staff such as cashier "Leela" who takes the natural hospitality of her culture and makes that a real asset in the workplace.

Need energy rating but only had a couple, staff was friendly but didn't know about energy rating. Always find what I need at the depot except heaters

They used to offer 5% back when you used the Home Depot credit card. They don't do this anymore. The card does not offer a competitive interest rate, and there are no rewards. Other home improvement stores may offer a discount if you use their card. Something to keep in mind.

Went in to order a window blind in a custom size, and the sales associate went the extra mile to make sure that I had just the right color, and style within my budget. He was awesome. And I also have to say that the guy in the paint department is 2nd to none, they are all amazing, and I just want to say thank you!

We have found this store to be a very valuable resource in our community. It has met more than one of our home remodel needs. Great service! Thank you.

Home Depot is always our first stop for home projects & repairs, as well as many household and gardening items. On the rare occasion we've had to return something, returns are always quick and friendly. Sometimes it's difficult to locate an sales person on the floor- it's a big place and lots of customers. But there is always someone at the front entrance who knows exactly where we can find what we're looking for or can help us locate the help we need.K

I could get in and out of the store with the exact items I needed and found all the employees to be cheerful and knowledgeable.

Good overall experience in this store, what was a problem were some items only available on east coast, these items appear online. when you try to add to cart they do not come up. Had phoned about some items and had been told not available to north west coast! My husband uses stucco and veneer plaster materials, as well as other items advertised online yet not available here.

I ENJOYED MY VISIT TO THE HOME DEPOT. I LIKE VISITING ALL ISLES AND BUY WHAT IS INTERESTING. THE STORE PROMOTED THE PRODUCTS VERY WELL AND EASY TO FIND. ASSOCIATES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.
