Frank in the tool area is great helped out and answered all the questions I needed and helped me get the items i needed

I first went to the paint department where I was helped by a very help full and knowledgeable associate. I then went to the tool department where an associate asked if he could help me find any thing or answer any questions,I was impressed by the way he presented him self. I then went to the cleaning supply department where an associate helped me find the right product she was very helpful.

In and out quickly with help from associate. Quickly helped me find what I was looking for.

Associates in the paint and in the lighting departments were accessible, friendly, and helpful. They directed me to exactly what I was looking for.

Although the physical space was fine and the associate very helpful I would not recommend purchasing the Husky Micro Tool set. I needed a Worx T-5 and was guided to the Husky product. It fit so made the purchase. when I got home and used it the holder broke, separated, as it is made out of plastic; making the bit and tool useless.

the price of some products are cheaper than what it is in BC.

The staff are always super helpful & the prices are very reasonable. I like coming to this store for my home improvement & household needs.

The associates were friendly and greeted me as I walked through the store making me feel like a valued customer. When I needed help, an associate was available and had the answers to my question. Made my shopping trip much easier.

I was helped in the appliances by Cynthia and she went above and beyond to help me pick out what I needed at the best possible price. She is a huge asset to the store and I would recommend her highly to anyone needing help in her department. Because of her I will be using Home Depot for the rest of my remodel needs. Thank you Cynthia your the best.

Associates were prompt at helping me locate my items and very knowledgeable about those products. I even gained information about tools that I was browsing and then decided to purchase. Finally, the cashier was a pleasure to do business with and very helpful. Truly an excellent experience!

Store was clean. I was very impressed with the associates... from the greeters at the door to the salesperson to the cashier. They all wore smiles and were very helpful. I would recommend the store to others.

I walked into Home Depot with a pipe dream and came out with a completed project. The goal was to create a photography curtain stand using PVC pipes. A customer service associate in the Plumbing Department helped me make the most economical choice by suggesting I use four 10ft pipes cut to size instead of using multiple 2ft pipes with joiners. This saved me considerable money. Eric was professional, efficient and helpful. He measured the pipes and cut them to size for me. I was in and out of the store in less than a half hour and able to head to the fundraising gala that same day to use the photography curtain stand. Thanks Home Depot for making my pipe dream a reality!

I was completely satisfied with my most recent shopping experience. As I always am. This time though there was even more people readily available to help me. I even had some one come up and ask if they could help me load my stuff into my truck. Although I also really enjoy being by myself and have no one looking over my shoulder as I mozy around the store. This just made me feel less pressured. Overall I highly recommend this store.

the store was fairly organized i would have liked to see more of makita's product line. as well as the stores promotional sale prices. the home depot has reasonable and comparable prices to lowes. i also like home depot considerably more because of the atmosphere.

I am unskilled and inexperienced in residential electrical matters. The Bellingham WA staff member who assisted me was highly experienced and knowledgeable, and most importantly, friendly and accommodating. He was so skilled and caring in his approach and personal conduct that he set the "gold standard" for service both from his high level of expertise and his desire to please: MIKE DOGGETT warrants an "Employee of the Century" award and Home Depot is blessed to have such a skilled and dedicated employee!

My wife and I were searching for a bathroom vanity for our reno project. Marja did a super job in taking us through the options, and helping us construct the modular vanity order online. I found out subsequently that we could receive a further 10% discount on the order by taking out a Home Depot credit card. Lois at Customer Service did a super job in helping us qualify for the Home Depot card right in the store, re-crediting our initial card, and transferring the reduced charge to our Home Depot card. These associates took an active interest in helping us with our purchase. Their initiative and positive can-do attitude reflects well on the company they work for. As a result, we will always consider Home Depot in our home purchases.

The store was clean and well organized. If I had anything I was disappointed about, it was the ability to find an item for my Shark Steam and Vac. I haven't yet looked at www.homedepot.com to see if I can order it, but everything that I had specifically gone to the store for was in stock and at the prices advertised. I was very satisfied with my shopping trip!

They had what I needed and the cashier, Jessica, was awesome!

The smell of cedar is wonderful as you walk in, and I always know something will catch my eye and I'll be walking out with a bunch of things I need. The store is big and bright and a wonderful place to shop!

Finding exactly what I needed in this store was a breeze, the prices were unbeatable too, thank you Home Depot!

this store is great, they seem to have what ever I need and if not, go the extra mile to let me know if another location has what I need or they will order it for me right a way. the staff is very helpful and friendly. they always make sure you are satisfied with your experience at the store
