My survey could have been used as my review.

This store was the first that I had been in that had people entering while keeping social distancing. It appeared to work very well, in that as people departed the store, others were let in. The store was very clean and as usual, employees were helpful when asked.

This store nor its employees are following social distance Guidelines and NO employees were wearing masks. Every other essential business I have been to employees are wearing masks. When I called the store to speak to a manager about a customer health and safety concern, I waited over 10 minutes with no manager picking up at all.

Best box store paint department!

I went into this store because I needed to print out a receipt from a transaction I hade made a few weeks back. My card information wasn’t working and I had few details to help find my receipt. A sales associate named Britney was extremely helpful and patient with me while we tried to find my receipt lookup. I am so grateful that Britney was able to find my receipt while staying patient with me. Thank you so much!!

Finding the product I need in a timely manner is most important to me. For several years now this store and employees have always been able to help, have always been polite, and often have insight about the product's use. I probably use the store 30 to 40 times a year.

Very pleasant customer oriented staff. Mary helped my husband and I with all of our flooring questions, nothing was too much trouble, which made it a far more enjoyable shopping expedition than I thought it would be. Highly recommend your local Home Depot store where you will find knowledgeable staff to help and assist with all home improvement projects.

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Supports veterans with parking spaces and 10% military discount on each purchase. Consistency in item locations and easy to pass through aisles without a lot of floor displays.

Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Love Jody in the flooring department.

This is a great store and usually have everything we are looking for and then some. We always stop here first for all of our Home Improvement needs, grilling, lawn care, etc. Great selections & great prices.

The employees were friendly and helpful. I like have a big home & building supply store so easily accessible. The selection of items is always what I need and the prices a the best in town!

Great service and advice from John in lumber. Kurt was helpful in loading supplies and showing kindness to special needs employees. The next day I went back and Rich in lumber helped me by cutting metal clothing rods with a hack saw. I know he went out of his way to help me with that job. 3 great people to have met in only 2 days.

The staff in all areas are fully knowledgeable of their departments. In addition if one askes a question of an associate about something not in their area, they have always taken the time to get me to someone who does know the subject. They always ask if I need help loading something heavy. The overall feeling in the store is one pleasant. The app works great when you go looking for something, the same applies to the website and the ability to find something in the store by using the bay locator.

I had a electrical question, went in and talked to Mike. He is a veteran and a journeyman electrician. He really knows his stuff. Project complete and working just like I was the pro. Thank you!!!

This store is clean and organized. The people who work here always carry a smile on their face and are eager to answer any questions.

Store staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a large store, so finding what you need can be daunting. Generally, it's clean, well stocked and the staff are friendly.

Home Depot Charles is one of the many typical employees but WOW can he assist. I got what I wanted with his assistance and didn't wait or run around asking for help. The floors are manned beautifully. I hate a store when alll that is available is one customer service station plus just a couple of cashiers at the front of the store. Those stores mean I can expect a whole lot of running more wait time and less knowledge by those who have cashier knowlege but nothing of being on the floor or product knowlege. Charles is an example of good knowledge assisting us customers on the floor.

Yesterday, Charles in plumbing spent a great deal of time assisting me in selecting supplies to replace my kitchen sink. He returned later just to check on me as i struggled with decisions. I also needed paint and that department was busy so he helped there as well. His service could not have been better

This store is awesome!!! If you want a great experience go to the door section and see Heather. She provides world class customer service and her knowledge and enthusiasm cannot be beat.

Too many self checkouts. I miss seeing all the cashiers.

I hate the self service mentality they have gone to.

Jane helped me and really went out of her way. She walked me to both areas of the store where I needed products and took time to explain the intricacies of the kitchen I chose.

The garden associate who helped us was very nice. When we got to the check stand things changed. The cashier Leah was very rude! She would not help us with our issue and refused to call any manager other than Wayne who had left and she knew that because I heard several people tell her so. I had to go over to the paint desk and ask if there were any managers on duty and Sam said 3. He called Justin and Justin helped us immediately. Before Justin came though the cashier Leah even went so far as to say to me “yes I can give you a discount but it is up to me and I don’t want to.” She works in customer service and without calling a manager she can give us a discount. Instead she waisted everyone’s time!!!! We were there for an hour! If that is what Home Depot wants their regular contractors going through then I will shop elsewhere. If it wasn’t for Sam and Justin I would not go back. It’s easy for one mean and nasty associate to chase big money customers away. Definitely not someone who I would EVER have working for me especially in a customer service position that is for sure. I have owned my construction company for 30 years and I have spent over $1,000,000 in this store alone. Leah even swiped my contractor card and could see how much I spend here. Plus I have remodeled my own home using cash and spent about $100,000 putting in a Hertco Kitchen ($60,000) with Caesar Stone slab quartz countertops, the only brand made in America. Plus two additions on each end of my house.

Our family loves Home Depot and it's the only place we shop, always have what we want, and everyone is so friendly and helpful
