It was very good to go to Home Depot. The associates were nice and friendly and helped alot. The Customer Service Station was very nice. We will go back.

The gentleman who helped us sort out the flooring was fantastic,he knew what he was talking about,didn't try to upsell to us,and generally was extremely helpful. We'd first been across the street,but from now on will always try Home Depot first.

We are remodeling an older home we own in order to put it on the market. This is not our area of expertise although we do have some remodeling experience. We were primarily looking for products in flooring, pluming and painting. In each of these area the specialists who helped us were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond what we would have expected and made our shopping experience enjoyable. We left feeling much better about finishing our project because we had the right products, more information and paid reasonable prices.

I was looking for a shower faucet. The associate in the aisle was very helpful in directing me to one that is pretty universal so that I would not have to return the item and select a different. The cashier at the store was also very friendly and helpful.

It is a clean Home Depot. Your associates make it a wonderful place to shop.

Store was a bit hectic because it being a Saturday, there were some flooring pallets on the floor but the associates were great, fast, friendly, and super knowledgeable.

I was needing to pick up some heavy items. The store associates were available right away to help me get them on the cart, check out and then someone helped me load the items. I was very thankful for the assitance.

I'm not much of a home depot shopper but when I do go there to pick up items I always get exceptional customer service. The associates always know where the items I am looking for are located in the store.

Store associates were very helpful. The isles are wide but extra pallets of product in most isles made it hard to navigate with large cart.

I am satisfied with the Home Depot in Billings. And shop there often for home supplies. I would recommend Home Depot to friends

As I walked into the store an associate asked if there was any questions or assistance needed. I asked where the casters were located and she gave me the location which helped me find the product (which was in stock) quicker. Checkout was quick and the associate was very helpful and friendly.

Home depot is awesome. Associates are fun to interact with.

The employees at the store make me feel welcome. As a contractor I come in multiple times a week and everyone is got to know my name treats me like family and that is the reason this will always be in my store!

Karmen sought out our individual needs and then helped my husband and I way the pros and cons between the grills in our price range. He was very friendly and patience and made our buying experience stress free. Hats off to Karmen. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me as well as my husband. These days that tends not to happen, especially when buying BBQ grills. :)

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean aisles and good selection of products.

The store was clean and products were in the usual places, except for the tool department. Lots of clutter in the batteries and hard to find store inventory that was noted online. Associate in Tools didn't even know what a circular saw was.....Appliance department was little to no help at all and didn't even want to sell a chest freezer, as they were too busy discussing their life story with another customer for 10 minutes.

THE STORE AS ALWAYS WAS VERY CLEAN AND BRIGHTLY LIT MOST OF THE TIME THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT FOR YOU HOME PROJECT, BUT THIS TIME I WAS DISAPOINTED WAS LOOKING FOR THE 4X8 BATHROOM AND SHOWER PANELS AND TRIM THAT WOULD BE ASSOCIATED IT. I had purchased a 3 panel bathtub surround from homedepot online. i am disabled so it took me almost a year to get my floors replaced the new tub installed and the tile laid on the floor then opened the surround box and found only 1 of the 3 pieces there . went online and found no returnes after 90 days so I was out of luck money lost. On a fixed income could not afford to buy the other pieces so was going to use bath paneling but hd does not carry it any longer so now i have a new tub but cant use shower cuz i have no walls :( just feel a little let down

Home depot is arranged with the customer in mind. The staff are alert to help.

I shop at this store every week! It is a real DYI store. The other company across the street seems more Suzy homemaker.

I had just came from Lowes and they didn't have what I needed, so I then went to Home Depot. I looked at both websites and then compared prices online. I eventually got what I wanted, as they had it in stock. The man at the door was very helpful right off and sent me in the right direction and also came up to me later and said there was more selection if I wanted.
