Marva is excellent, went above and beyond my expectations.

Staff are available at all times to assist in any way they can. Very knowledgeable in the departments they work. Great people and customer service. The cashier MARK is very friendly and polite. Rare to see these days!!!!

The door specialist I worked with did not listen well, interrupted me, and totally talked over me. Too scripted , not attending to the job's actual requirements.

James is the reason I have a running washer today. Customer service has always been the best at this particular store. I went to six different stores including a plumbing supply company and none of them could help me. I came in here expecting the same and walked out with what I needed and within 10 minutes had my new washer running at home. James saw that I needed help and he approached me, hand-picked everything I needed and told me what I needed to do to connect my new washer. Thanks!

My husband and I went to get mulch….IMMEDIATELY your staff person Andre jumped into action, helping us find what we needed….he rang us up and then quickly came and loaded it into our car…when my husband tried to help ….he professionally said “I’ve got this sir…”….at the end of our visit, my husband tried to give him a gratuity and he absolutely refused…”not necessary “….a TRUE professional…..wish there were 100 more “Andres” out there!!!!…..a huge asset to your company!!!!!

was looking for a garden pan to water my garden and did not have much time, she didn't know that part. Stephanie told me it was in Ile 53. When I told her it was not there she looked not finding it she said her supervisor was busy and she kept looking until she found it. I have been looking for that pan or similar to it for a long time. I am so happy and greatful. He that's faithful in what is least is faithful in much.

I came in at 7 am needing a 3/4 inch piece of plywood cut to size. One of the cashiers called and an employee met me in the lumber department in less than a minute. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. He cut the plywood to my requested dimensions at no charge.

Buying a new kitchen range is a major investment these days. Working with someone with knowledge of the products and various features, as well as the patience to research and to help us prioritize our needs, was tremendously helpful.

An employee named Daquon is horrible. He needs to think before speaking. He made offensive comments to me during my shopping trip. He should not be working with people.

There seems to be issues each time at checkout and each time it is an associate issue. I shop at this location since it is the closest to my house but I've decided I'll drive further to have a better experience. I've seen people steal items because the checkout staff are talking with each other about non-work related topics, the checkout staff clearly have not been coached or trained on how to work with customers, they have no idea how to handle customers who pay in cash (i.e., they don't know how to count money, etc). The checkout staff needs to be trained and I just don't understand how this store's management cannot understand that simply fact. It is just easier to go to a different location to have a better overall experience since there are several in the area.

The store was very organized and the attendant knew exactly where to locate the items. In conjunction the cashier was very knowledgeable about the various promotional opportunities offered by Home Depot which created the opportunity for some financial rewards. My interaction with the the employees were pleasing because of their superior customer service approach.

Great experience! All the help that I needed I got here. I stopped by last Sunday, to try to start a project at my Mom's house. It wasn't an easy textbook fix so I wasn't sure what would happen. I told my story to Omar, in the plumbing department. He and I looked at our options and finding parts that cohesively worked together and it wasn't easy, but Omar was tenacious and he was driven to help me find what i needed. After consulting with a nice woman in the shower/bath dept., and another 10 minutes back in plumbing, Omar had the answer! Thank you, Omar, for your kindness and efforts to help me out. I've had a couple of experiences at this Bloomfield store, where I've needed the expertise of these professionals and they have exceeded my expectations and been a huge help. I highly recommend this store.

Workers are Not as friendly as the company stated they only say hi when your cart has stuff in it most of the females don't assist in helping customers they just stand in Group running of there mouth the line would be long and one person At the cash Register and no one step up to help

55 Granby Street Home Depot. my experience shopping in that store is excellent the place is very clean organize workers the associates were very friendly and will go miles to help you direct you where to look for different things or take you to help find it for you .I really enjoy shopping at this store always come out feeling happy. I had my Army hat on and she said if I have a Army ID on me I would get a discount I did have it and she gave me 10 percent off with out me having to ask for it.
