What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?
Be confident your home is equipped for wild temperature swings by replacing faulty components of your home. On your home's exterior, inspect shingles or metal roofing for damage that might let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If moisture gets in the cracks, you might be in for a headache.
What's your selection of moving boxes like?
Make your move easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.
Why should I get a doorbell camera?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
