Store is always clean and well keep. Employees are well trained, knowledgeable, courteous, eager to assist. I've never had a bad experience! ....but I must add...(I've lived in Brandon, FL for years) and shopped at many other HD's and always found all share the same high level of customer service and satisfaction. I very much enjoy "girly girl things...clothes, interior design... but when ask what is my favorite place to shop....for years I've said "The Home Home Depot"! TRUTH!

Terrible service. Unable to ever receive help from store employees, and if they do help they have a sour mood. I will say the gentlemen that work in Electrical and Paint departments are helpful.

Listen, I know everyone has their picks of home improvement stores. However, Home Depot in Bridgeport, WV; is my overall favorite. I get the assistance I need when I get there. They always acknowledge my presents, offering me the help and time I need. I have even had associates come up to me at my car and ask "If I needed help loading something." That is awesome service and I always recommend this store to my friends and family. My first experience with Home Depot was in Huntersville NC in 2003 when I lived there, I fell in love with the store then and was happy when I moved back and there stood this store. You have helped me out of a lot of dilemmas, and since I am on a budget, you have help my pocketbook as well. If I buy an item and didn't need it, you take it back with receipt no problem. Thank You Home Depot and employee for all you do, please don't ever change.

Very informative and friendly staff!

As a first time customer at Home Depot I honestly did not expect the level of customer satisfaction I received. I have received customer service at many stores but being satisfied is something totally unexpected. They listened, asked questions THEN they made recommendations and suggestions that made my buying decisions much easier. I won't just return many times in the future but I will recommend friends and family to go there to come away with a smile on their face and a bargain for their wallet!

Dave Aka Chainsaw Is The Best, He makes you feel like family, my brother & i were in very much need of help & Dave came by to help us, we were very happy & please with the professional & excellent customer service Dave provided, we were suprise with the beautiful west virgina hospitality, we will definitely come back to this Home Depot Specificly, Loved the experince , & happy to say Home Depot has our buissness for life!!! Don't change a thing you're doing at your store. You're doing all the right things to make your store the best in the state. Keep up the great work, and I will definitely shop at your store.

We are in the process of redoing floors in our home. The staff in flooring has been very friendly and helpful. I changed my mind numerous times and they were very indulgent and pointed out other flooring and shades. They made the experience pleasant and not so stressful. we received the flooring and some was damaged. We were given no problems with returns and getting replacement pieces. I would highly recommend this store for their service and customer friendliness and helpfulness.

i was over on 9-20-17 about 2:30 pm the man that help me look to be about 55 and he pointed out things to me about the job i was doing and it was nice to have someone help me like he did

The cashiers do not know the products in the store and they are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE and feel they know the correct prices when they do not. Two cashiers rolled their eyes at me when I pointed out they charged me $3.47 for brick pavers that were actually 48 cents each. I will take my business to Lowe's from now on.

Could not find anyone in plumbing when I needed help, very few employees in the store. The local Lowes store seems to have more people on the floor for assistance. Lady at check out was very nice and offered my military discount.

This store was very clean and stocked. The employees were awesome. They offered help all thru out the store and we're very polite. And the checkout line was fast and the cashier was very friendly.

store has what I need and excellent customer service

This is the only place to go for home improvement needs. All employees go out of their way to make sure you get what you want/need at the best process available!

We wandered around for quite a while, before we were finally approached by an employee. He took care of our order, but just waiting for someone to contact us was very frustrating. There was a group of employees that wandered past us, but did not acknowledge that we were in the appliance department.
