I’d give them a -1 if I could. Employees are the worst!!!! No help, and IF you get one to talk to you, there’s never a smile. It’s as if you’re pulling them away from their rest time!!!! When one does answers, it’s never his department. He walks away, or sometimes they offer to send help. 45 minutes later, someone shows with sand in their eyes, and 5 other customers in tow!!!! Place is a joke!!!!!

Our cashier Bill went above and beyond in helping to fulfill my order. Service like that is rare anywhere. Certainly didn't expect it at a large warehouse retailer.

Employees have no clue where items are even in there own department

This is my go to Home Depot. It's not as crowded as others that are closer to me. The parking lot is spacious and easy to park in without worrying about run-away carts and bad drivers. The shelves are neat and seem well stocked. The sales people are attentive and their floral department is healthy.

The Pro team is great. Lorin, Dorthy and Helen. I shop at HD almost exclusively at HD. And I've use Pro Services at other locations. But this particular team stands above the rest, always!

Whatever you're looking for by way of home product needs you can rest assure Home Depot in Bridgewater has it!

It is a good store, but get rid of the extremely stupid questions re. what do I think makes a store easy to shop. Ridiculous. This prevented you from getting 5 stars.

I purchased a storm door online for pick up. It was a busy Memorial Day at the store, but regardless, I breezed through the purchase/pick up process with no problems. The sales associates were very expeditious, friendly, and helpful.

Quite store so it is easy to get a "close to door" parking spot, lines are short and it is not crowded making it very easy to shop there.

Excellent service from the lumber employees and the very helpful lady at the pro desk (sorry I’m terrible with remembering names) we dealt with on today’s visit to the store. Friendly and Efficient. Much appreciated as a local contractor. Thank you

It took over 45 minutes to get help! Asked for a manager they were not around! Asked about plumbing the expert left for the day around 3! The worst store! I was told by an employee on Monday’s it is hard to get help!

Store is always clean and well stocked and the staff there far exceeds other local stores and even the other Home Depot in B-Water. I highly recommend this location

Really a good Home Depot location. The guys in electrical and plumbing in particular are very knowledgeable. I've had a lot of odd projects that these guys were able to guide me on the best way to do things, especially in electrical.

Lorin at the Pro desk is just that... A Pro! He consistently, shares his experience with me so that I can accomplish my jobs with confidence. And Helen at the Pro exit always goes out of her way to make sure my Veterans ID goes in the system and that I'm getting the best deals possible with multiple transaction. I thank them both for their great service!

Store is very clean and well organized. The salespeople always know where to direct you when you are looking for a particular item. I am a do it yourself kind of person as far as painting decorating etc. and I can always get the advice I need.

Lack of help at the registers at this store makes the waits to check out longer then they should be. Sometimes the people at the self help reisters are no help and could care less about the customers.

The Customer Service person was attentive to my needs and provided excellent service. The store was neat and clean. Very satisfied. Recommend you use this store as your home/professional Home Improvement Supplier.

Always has the things I need! Staff is always courteous, patient and helpful. Once in a while, they could use more people but when you do get someone they are always helpful! Love shopping here, in and out without stress!
