I would like to say that Jade in the flooring department was an absolute heaven sent. She helped me many days as I had many questions and a few changes in my flooring project. She is an asset to have as an employee and it is refreshing to be able to work with someone who is knowledgeable, honest and patient. Henry was a a great help a well. Thank you Jade for all of your time and help.

Most helpful employees out of all stores. Superstore not so good.

I shop here often as a local contractor, this Home Depot is well run with friendly employees. Its a standard sized Home Depot so typically has in stock what you would expect at your average Home Depot. This store is usually very clean as well and most employees are helpful and engaging. The parking design is notably bad at this location, which has to do with the orientation of the parking lot to the building. There are too many sharp turns which creates problems for larger vehicles especially at busier times. There are also many blind spots for pedestrians due to the turns as well. Also, at this location they keep most of the large carts under the Pro Entrance/Loading Area overhang eliminating most of the parking area for anyone needing their vehicle loaded. Overall, its a good store but it can take longer than other stores due to set up of the parking lot/loading area.

I wish I remember the name of the associate that helped me. I needed some guidance in the plumbing supply section and was greeted with great service. He was patient with his advice as well as helping me search for all the items I needed. I highly recommend this location. It was an exceptional home depot experience.

Store clean, uncluttered and well lighted with employees available to assist

The parking lot is a nightmare. Almost all of the checkout lanes are self checkout which can grid to a halt if someone doesn't understand how to use the machine or if they have a minor issue with an item. There's an armed guard at checkout. Makes me feel less safe. I don't like this store. Do not recommend going.

After going months without a working washer and trips to the local laundry mat, Hone Depot brought happiness back into the dirty clothes part of our lives! We researched for a few weeks and Home Depot of Bridgewater had the desired GE Profile Washer with a desired price! The appliance guy who helped us was spot on and checked off all the questions we had and more! Thanks Tony

One of the best pro departments in Home Depot history

I have all good experiences whenever I visit this store. It is always well stocked, and the employees are hardworking, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful selection of everything. And for the most part, extremely knowledgeable employees, ready to help.

We recently went into the Bridgewater, Home Depot for a dishwasher. I was honestly under whelmed with the in-store models but then Amanda came and saved the day! Amanda is SO knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She was absolutely incredible, and I will be going back for future appliances to ONLY see Amanda.

Visit this location frequently and there NEVER is any assist available. Even check with a cashier was much more time consuming then I ever thought possible. My advise, shop on - line and have your items pulled or delivered in you have concerns for your time

Floor team alwasy offers to help and for this trip I needed help with paint and your team was beyond helpful. I live near 3 stores and Rt. 28 is my go-to as they are so pleasant!

After researching the item price, Marouane made the proper adjustment without asking management for permission. Kudos to the store Manager Mark Persaud for training his team in the proper customer service!

I shopped the product I bought in other stores and found Home Depot Bridgewater had it in stock at a good price and the person waiting on me made the purchase very easy.

I went to the store to get a couple filters for my furnace. I didn't know that they had a bulk discount for the filters until I noticed at the display. The discount is 50% less than the single price. I ended up getting 4 filters instead of 2. It was like getting 2 free.

Good store ex will be open a little longer will be great

IM HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING I'VE BROUGHT FROM THIS HOME DEPOT. THE ONE PROBLEM IS THEY KEEP ADDING ALL THESE BOXS OF THING AROUND THE PRO-DESK IT MAKE IT IMPOSSABLE TO GET AROUND WITH OUR ORDER!

The items are neatly displayed and easy to find. Customer service is excellent. Checkout is quick.

There's never lumber cards here I'm a contractor and I can never seem to find a lumber card it don't have enough I'm not the only guy that complains about this we've even spoke to the store manager I see guys wandering around trying to find a cart the few they have are usually loaded with crap or someone else's special order which I understand but then they should order more cards how can I get product out of the store without cards I've actually left the store to go somewhere else because I couldn't get a card to put my stuff on and a lot of the aisles I'm trying to get through the store with 16 ft lengths of molding and you can't even get around they got crap everywhere it's a mess other than that everything else seems to be fine just needs a little fine-tuning

I was forced to find a new Home Depot as my Home store when I moved my business from South Plainfield, NJ to Somerville, NJ. This store is run extremely well. Even though I have not met the manager, the store associates are helpful and friendly. The store is stocked well, clean and easy to check out. I frequent the store for my handyman business 5-10 times per week. My favorite associate so far at this new location for me is Rhonda at the customer service desk. She is super friendly, has a great sense of humor, and rolls with the punches! If everyone in the world had her attitude, this would be a much better world. Recently, she helped me solve an issue, and did so with a smile. What more could I ask for?

Paint department is second to none !

I recently went to store #0947 and unfortunately the experience was like many I had previous. Items not being in stock and no employees in the departments I need them at. This past visit I didn’t speak to my first employee until I went to customer service and was assisted by Alexander. Alexander was a very nice person and did his best to help me.

Horrible experience. Why the need for a driver license to get store credit on returned gift card purchase. Why do they need all the information the license contains? I did not have to provide photo ID to purchase, so why gather all my data to get store refund?

went to this store to buy some mulch. Customer ahead of me gave the cashier Aretha a tough time about the price one of her plants rang up. customer was giving her a lot of lip about having to go back inside to have the price adjusted. Aretha kept her cool and kept the line moving while explaining the store policy. great associate
